GBYou Speak to the Owners and get Nowhere. Loved the look of their Everyday Napkins on or around December 15 2023. On January 9 in response to my concern, they said it was “clearing customs” January 22 in response to another complaint from me they said it had “just cleared customs” Then on February 4, I they were “just put on a truck and should arrive”. It is now March 7 and still I have no product. They have done nothing to ease the pain of this long to wait for linen napkins.

GBI was instantly impressed by Leeway as… I was instantly impressed by Leeway as soon as I came across them in an article! I was moving and wanted all new dishware to start this new venture. Leeway was top rated for quality, price, bulk buying and customizing to your family. When my box arrived there was no limit to how excited I was! Everything was perfectly packed, safe and secure. Individual sections for each set of dish. The color was perfect, the sizes were as expected and every piece is just gorgeous to me!

GBOutstanding Customer Service Unfortunately, the 4-piece combination plate/dish thingies arrived smashed to smithereens. Looks like they tried to package securely, but I think it still needs work. Customer service was quick and responsive. They resolved my issue to my satisfaction. Because of this, I scoured the website to find something else I could use. (At age 71, there isn't much.) Found and ordered the napkins, which I like a lot.

GBI never received my items or any actual customer service I never received my items. The lack of communication about my order and refund was ridiculous for any business. I never once got a response to any of my submissions for support. There was no customer service at all to be able to rate, so one start feels like too much. It took over 2 months from placing my order to getting a refund.
