I never received my items or any actual customer service I never received my items. The lack of communication about my order and refund was ridiculous for any business. I never once got a response to any of my submissions for support. There was no customer service at all to be able to rate, so one start feels like too much. It took over 2 months from placing my order to getting a refund.

Great dishes Great dishes! I couldn't be happier with our Leeway Home bowls- they really are perfect for everything - they are our go-to dishes. Arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. My initial color selection was out of stock and I was contacted promptly for a different selection. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

AMAZING Products & Customer Service!!! We started with a small order of dinner bowls to make sure we liked the color and aesthetic, and when they arrived we LOVED THEM!!! We only had one small problem, which was that one of the plates broke during shipping. We contacted Leeway’s home office and they responded immediately, offering to replace the dish at bo charge and even gave us a discount on our next order. We completed the set and also ordered a set of Coupe glasses, which we are completely amazed by. The quality off product, amazing customer service, and special friendly touched have made us fans for ever! 1000% highly recommend to everyone!!! Thank you everyone at Leeway!!!

Best Dishes I've ever Had! The dishes came super fast, great packaging with no plastic, and communication throughout the buying and shipping process kept me informed of exactly when everything was coming. It arrived on time before my holiday party, and I loved the solid blue color I picked -- it looked just like it did online! The quality and weight is great is well!

Outstanding Customer Service Unfortunately, the 4-piece combination plate/dish thingies arrived smashed to smithereens. Looks like they tried to package securely, but I think it still needs work. Customer service was quick and responsive. They resolved my issue to my satisfaction. Because of this, I scoured the website to find something else I could use. (At age 71, there isn't much.) Found and ordered the napkins, which I like a lot.
