Once I spoke to the owner, Jeremy, he was professional and quick to resolve the issue I had. The product is amazing! I will continue to purchase from him. If I could give zero stars I would If I could give zero stars I would. Received no confirmation email, no email period that showed I even put in an order, I’ve sent an email multiple times every single day and have yet to receive my product or an email back. Scam! Don’t waste your money or time.

Buyers beware!! Do not buy from this company. The customer service is horrible. I ordered two lighters one came correct the lighter was not the one I ordered I reached out to customer service and was told to send back the wrong item that I received and they would send me the correct one they sent me a return label and after that all communication stopped. I have been trying for months to get a response and now they will not reply back to me this company is a joke, horrible customer service, and a complete rip off!!!
