got lighter after 3 weeks, now i get spam too Bought a lighter 3 weeks ago and it only just got here yesterday because i shipped straight from china. Yes, it works, but NOT being told it was shipping from china (which i wouldnt have minded) annoyed me to no end. Also, ever since i gave them my email for shipping updates (which i didnt get, i had to follow the weird number they gave me to a shipping company), i've been getting spam in my inbox. I havent had spam in my main inbox for 2 years... i wouldnt give them my business, and neither should you.

I loved ordering from a small business I loved ordering from a small business. Quality products. Great customer service. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed. Please be patient especially around the Holidays, shipping is very busy and out of control of all companies. Before you bash small business put yourself in their shoes! They are trying the best they can. Doesn't do any good spreading bad reviews. They really want you to have the product they sell. Merry Christmas to all you Grinches and good people out there!

Ordered my bundle a month ago Ordered my bundle a month ago, and still haven’t received anything. I tried emailing them, and they still hasn’t responded. On their website, it says 5-6 business days. And I bought it for a gift ! They still won’t email me back or even respond! Crappy customer service!

Buyers beware!! Do not buy from this company. The customer service is horrible. I ordered two lighters one came correct the lighter was not the one I ordered I reached out to customer service and was told to send back the wrong item that I received and they would send me the correct one they sent me a return label and after that all communication stopped. I have been trying for months to get a response and now they will not reply back to me this company is a joke, horrible customer service, and a complete rip off!!!

Update from my last review... (Update from my one star review) Ok so now that I've finally got my 2 packages after about a month and I got to say the lighters are cool as hell. The only reason that this only 4 stars is that the shipping process was very messy and that if they could in the future work on that then they would be an a ok company.
