They sent me an email and before I could reply that their application had been sent, they quickly rated it 1 star. it is so awful. Some customers apologized and asked me how to delete those reviews. Hope you trust us. You can check the quality of the order when you receive the goods. If there is a problem with the order, we commit to exchange it or refund the money to you"

Item never delivered My item was ordered Aug 10 and has had zero tracking activity since August 19. I reached out to customer service 2 times and only got one response which was just to be patient. I asked for a refund and was ignored. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card.
