TWSCAM ALERT Placed an order back in January. Customer service didn't reply or give feedback until Feb. Then I got a fake tracking number in March. April passed by and no activity on the tracking number and 0 replies from customer service. Filing disputes and pressing charges.

USI am still awaiting my Jersey I am still awaiting my Jersey. Was hoping to wear it at a game but nope. I do understand we are still regaining our strength post Covid and chain supply, but what I don’t like is how I’ve tried emailing and it was email address does not work. So seems like they have fake contact information.

USItem never delivered My item was ordered Aug 10 and has had zero tracking activity since August 19. I reached out to customer service 2 times and only got one response which was just to be patient. I asked for a refund and was ignored. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card.

ZAAWFUL! AWFUL!! I paid so much money to customise the jersey, and the name was incorrect. I placed my concern with Support, and they have been equally disappointing and useless in failing to communicate when the correct jersey wil be delivered. Don’t wast you time and money here.

USGreat customer service The team was very supportive with an error I made when placing my order and was quick and responsive to help me out. My order came a few weeks later in perfect condition! Would definitely order again in the future.
