GBItem never delivered My item was ordered Aug 10 and has had zero tracking activity since August 19. I reached out to customer service 2 times and only got one response which was just to be patient. I asked for a refund and was ignored. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card.

ZAAWFUL! AWFUL!! I paid so much money to customise the jersey, and the name was incorrect. I placed my concern with Support, and they have been equally disappointing and useless in failing to communicate when the correct jersey wil be delivered. Don’t wast you time and money here.

GBordered online- no problems just took a… ordered online- no problems just took a really long time to arrive. also when tracking, information was incorrect- said it was delivered and it was not. so I panicked thinking someone else got our stuff- then 24 hours later it came.

GBFAKE ITEMS… will ignore you and then… FAKE ITEMS… will ignore you and then claim return window is closed. Don’t bother ordering from them. You will definitely be disappointed.
