Great customer service! I ordered a air mat for my daughter to use in our home. We use the product on carpet but unfortunately we had a problem with the product holding air and deflating. Much to my surprise customer service reached out after finding out about the problem and agreed to ship a replacement. This level of customer service is unheard of in today’s society. Great Company, Great Product This is the third time I've ordered from We Sell Mats. They ship well. Product is nicely packed no matter if order is large or small (I've done both). My address changed and Chanel, Customer Experience Team Lead, reached out to make sure they were shipping to the right address. That's great problem prevention customer service!
