GBGreat customer service! I ordered a air mat for my daughter to use in our home. We use the product on carpet but unfortunately we had a problem with the product holding air and deflating. Much to my surprise customer service reached out after finding out about the problem and agreed to ship a replacement. This level of customer service is unheard of in today’s society. It speaks volumes of their customer service, willingness to stand behind their products and loyalty. Thank you for your assistance We Sell Mats!

GB10 Stars! We Sell Mats has been great! There was a color issue with a manufacturer that they were quick to resolve, which I greatly appreciate. The quality of the mats is excellent and gives me peace of mind that my kid is safe from head bonks if he falls in his playroom. They’re easy to cut to get up against the walls/baseboards, and easy to clean. Will definitely order here again if I need additional mats.

GBGreat Company, Great Product This is the third time I've ordered from We Sell Mats. They ship well. Product is nicely packed no matter if order is large or small (I've done both). My address changed and Chanel, Customer Experience Team Lead, reached out to make sure they were shipping to the right address. That's great problem prevention customer service! Wish all companies were this good. And the product is great as well.

GBGood product, great customer service This was my 4th purchase at We Sell Mats, and the first time I have small issues. First, the box was really beaten up but no damage to the products (a thicker carton box would help). Secondly, from the 49 tiles I've bought, one came with a black-ish stain and another one came with a kind of small punch hole. Apart from that, no more issues and the mats looked good and interlocked well. Update: the company reached out to me the day after I originally posted my review and - proactively - offered me a solution. 5/5
