Customer Service is Fantastic, bar none. We ordered the Uproot vacuum and are enjoying its splendid job of removing Daisy the dog's profuse amount of hair! This is a required product for dogs that shed daily, no matter the season! The dryer sheets are working well too. I even ordered some for my daughter to try. But the best thing about Uproot Clean is their quick, responsive and friendly customer service!

Great Customer Service My max uproot clean broke after it's second use- BUT it was working really well to get the hair out of my carpet. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new replacement product for free! So far it's been working great and their customer service responded quickly and was super helpful!
