Janine, from Uproot, got back to me ON THE WEEKEND, and refunded my shipping fee as well as verified my order. I'm extremely happy with the Uproot Cleaner Pro that I received already and am excited for the rest that I ordered. GBNot only did I get my order in 5 days Not only did I get my order in 5 days, it works better on dog/cat hair than my Dyson!! Different sizes make it possible for me to do everything…… quickly. I absolutely love it❤️

GBI have 3 dogs and this product is… I have 3 dogs and this product is amazing. Instead of hair going up my nose when I brush or groom them, it goes right into the vacuum. Genius! I recently needed a replacement part and they sent it to me right away! Great customer service. Highly recommend!

GBGreat Customer Service My max uproot clean broke after it's second use- BUT it was working really well to get the hair out of my carpet. I contacted customer service and they sent me a new replacement product for free! So far it's been working great and their customer service responded quickly and was super helpful!

GBVery Impressed! I have been really impressed with Uproot’s customer service. The product itself has been great, but we all know that sometimes defects happen. In my case, the handle broke on my pro xtra and the prongs had fallen off my pro handheld. In both instances I was given the replacement parts needed or received a new product so I can continue my use. The product is great at cleaning pet fur up and I really am thankful for the ease of care and service when I needed it.
