Disappointed
GBYes disappointed First I paid for usps priority mail, it’s was shipped ups, had to contact them and it was rerouted usps priority however that was on feb 1st. Have yet to receive the item purchased its now 2/6. Extremely disappointed they should refund my money No question Finally received today 2/8. Shipping label said priority 2-day, so how does it take 8days to go from Spokane Washington to Sacramento ca Really

So please know I recognize "Superior" Customer Service when I'm lucky enough to receive it. I Sincerely Thank you... I gave you a 3 because there was still an open advertisement for can item that was actually Sold out. It is by no means a reflection of the service, or price, or ease of website. GBShopping from home… Shopping from home via the weekly Saturday morning broadcast is super simple. I saw an item I wanted and made a comment and the Manager contacted me to coordinate the sale. I was sent a text with a link for payment and I picked the item up. So easy and efficient.

GBI like to go to cheaper by the minute… I like to go to cheaper by the minute once a week because they always have new things on the floor. It’s exciting to look around the store and find things at such a reduced rate. I’ve been able to buy items that help me not only in the kitchen, but to get my life better organized. The staff is very friendly, very professional and it’s just plane fun to come and shop there.
