So please know I recognize "Superior" Customer Service when I'm lucky enough to receive it. I Sincerely Thank you... Employee's are outstanding The employee's always recognize when a customer enters the store . They are pleasent, friendly and helpful. They dont hover but they do ask if you need anything in particular. Several times they've helped me to the car with my heavy merchandise.

Fun place to find deals My boyfriend and I stopped in after driving by it the night before. Upon entering, we were greeted by the automatic alexa-esq recording and the proprietor, who immediately started walking us through their 4-month backstory and their standards. To sum it up, Cheaper by the Minute is an overflow store who, like Spokane Discount, acquires most of its products through Kirkland. The difference is that Cheaper not only undercuts their competition, but is more customer oriented, and both held true throughout our visit. We both ended up making a purchase, performing a quality assurance test of the electric kettle my boyfriend picked out. I would definitely go back and look forward to it.

a leap of faith I was really skeptical when I was buying anything from these guys. The reassurance of using Paypal helped seal some trust. They reached out and offered other products that were in line with the object that I ordered. Once I made my decision on any addons, they shipped immediately. I am impressed. This is totally worth that leap of faith.

When I was in the store they didn’t have any string lights, they were getting them the following week, I was disappointed but they came through they received their order and they shipped my lights to me.If that’s not awesome and the best customer service, I don’t know what is. I would highly recommend the store. I can’t wait till I can go back. 👍
