GBI was impressed how customer service… I was impressed how customer service oriented they are . When I was in the store they didn’t have any string lights, they were getting them the following week, I was disappointed but they came through they received their order and they shipped my lights to me.If that’s not awesome and the best customer service, I don’t know what is. I would highly recommend the store. I can’t wait till I can go back. 👍

GBStill rockin and rolling on the 2nd purchase This is my second purchase and all in all; this is a great company. This company clearly states whether items are new or like new hence- My only concern with my most recent purchase of ink cartridges, the item stated “new” and the item a package of value ink cartridges were opened and packaged loosely in a bubble bag, my only concern was that the ink cartridge may dry out and in this day and age with all of the remote work everyone knows the value of office supplies. Still a good company, keep up the good work.

GBGreat Store! Ordered a Kohler sink faucet but first needed a question answered about the product. A Cheaper by the Minute representative answered my question right away, so I ordered. The product came quickly, was well-packaged, and was exactly as described on the website. Even with a shipping cost, I got a really great deal on it, so recommend shopping with Cheaper by the Minute.

GBA Great Store! Outstanding customer service - the store manager, in particular, was extremely polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the store - other area discount stores are dirty and cluttered while this store is very well organized. They also regularly have new inventory. I have purchased quite a few items here over the past couple of years including a Samsung washing machine that works amazing! I highly recommend this store to anyone!

GBYes disappointed First I paid for usps priority mail, it’s was shipped ups, had to contact them and it was rerouted usps priority however that was on feb 1st. Have yet to receive the item purchased its now 2/6. Extremely disappointed they should refund my money No question Finally received today 2/8.
