Great Store! Ordered a Kohler sink faucet but first needed a question answered about the product. A Cheaper by the Minute representative answered my question right away, so I ordered. The product came quickly, was well-packaged, and was exactly as described on the website. Even with a shipping cost, I got a really great deal on it, so recommend shopping with Cheaper by the Minute.

Can’t recommend them enough Can’t recommend them enough. I have made multiple purchases from them and they are wonderful to deal with. The tested all the lights I bought to make sure I wouldn’t be inconvenienced if they didn’t work (although they would have made good either way). Friendly, helpful, they’re a great locally owned, community minded family business.

SUPERIOR customer Service The refund process was outstanding along with a true person answering the phone with an immediate fix to the situation. So please know I recognize "Superior" Customer Service when I'm lucky enough to receive it. I Sincerely Thank you... I have received several great items! I have received several great items from cheaper by the minute. I have found that all of the items that I have gotten worked perfectly and if I ever had any questions I could contact them and they were able to answer them for me. I really like the fact that they’re getting new things all the time and now that they have a store I can drop in there every week to see what’s NEW!
