Employee's are outstanding The employee's always recognize when a customer enters the store . They are pleasent, friendly and helpful. They dont hover but they do ask if you need anything in particular. Several times they've helped me to the car with my heavy merchandise.

I have received several great items! I have received several great items from cheaper by the minute. I have found that all of the items that I have gotten worked perfectly and if I ever had any questions I could contact them and they were able to answer them for me. I really like the fact that they’re getting new things all the time and now that they have a store I can drop in there every week to see what’s NEW!

SUPERIOR customer Service The refund process was outstanding along with a true person answering the phone with an immediate fix to the situation. So please know I recognize "Superior" Customer Service when I'm lucky enough to receive it. I Sincerely Thank you... I gave you a 3 because there was still an open advertisement for can item that was actually Sold out. It is by no means a reflection of the service, or price, or ease of website. A Great Store! Outstanding customer service - the store manager, in particular, was extremely polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the store - other area discount stores are dirty and cluttered while this store is very well organized. They also regularly have new inventory. I have purchased quite a few items here over the past couple of years including a Samsung washing machine that works amazing! I highly recommend this store to anyone!

They actually discount stuff unlike other stores in the area that charge more than retail so where is the discount? Cheaper by the minute is my new #1 favorite store.
