Yes disappointed First I paid for usps priority mail, it’s was shipped ups, had to contact them and it was rerouted usps priority however that was on feb 1st. Have yet to receive the item purchased its now 2/6. Extremely disappointed they should refund my money No question Finally received today 2/8. A Great Store! Outstanding customer service - the store manager, in particular, was extremely polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the store - other area discount stores are dirty and cluttered while this store is very well organized. They also regularly have new inventory. I have purchased quite a few items here over the past couple of years including a Samsung washing machine that works amazing! I highly recommend this store to anyone!
