This company clearly states whether items are new or like new hence- My only concern with my most recent purchase of ink cartridges, the item stated “new” and the item a package of value ink cartridges were opened and packaged loosely in a bubble bag, my only concern was that the ink cartridge may dry out and in this day and age with all of the remote work everyone knows the value of office supplies. Still a good company, keep up the good work.
