Fraud, Fraud, Fraud Do not do business with Grailzee. They are worthless. I successfully bid on a Rolex. I paid the 5% deposit. The watch was send to Bennisson, the "authentication" center. They issued a report. The report said the the "watch was inspected for authenticity." NO STATEMENT AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE WATCH WAS AUTHENTIC. I requested a statement or report as to the "authenticity" of the watch. Spoke to Ethan at Grailzee - worthless. Spoke the Cal, the "owner" of Bennisson - arrogant and condescending. Ethan and Cal each said the Rolex was authentic and "don't worry." But they refused to issue a written "Authentication Report" as I was promised by Grailzee. Transaction cancelled by Grailzee. They refuse to issue a refund. They hide behind the small print on the website which basically says "we take your money and make no promises." This is a FRAUD operation between Grailzee and Bennisson to take your money and do nothing. FRUAD FRAUD FRAUD

This was my first time buying and… This was my first time buying and selling any watches on an auction site and I have to say both processes were seamless and easy. Grailzee’s processes are clear on their website and if you are not sure, their customer service team is available to answer any questions right away. I was unsure at first, however I’m glad I went through with both my sale and purchase. The authentication center is also very efficient, once they receive the watch they turn around the authentication within 1 day. Since it’s an auction site, you might get lucky to purchase a watch lower than what it is going for in the grey market as well.

This is the best auction site there is… This is the best auction site there is for watches. The entire process was so very well thought out. From extending auctions for bids made under 2 minutes, to the ability to make offers if the reserve was not met the notification process via text and e-mail just about everything about the auction process was so well thought out and really good. Beyond the auction process even more thought was put into the proof of funds, authentication process the transfer of funds, and delivery of the watches. I only wish I would have come up with this idea myself.
