Great customer service and fast shipping! I worked with Aryan to purchase two outfits for my brother's wedding. He was very responsive and timely, not only to my many questions, but also quickly making any adjustments I needed to my outfit and shipping my order the same day! The outfits were more beautiful in person than in the photos, fit perfectly, and I can't wait for us to wear them! Thank you Aryan!

Not worth buying from here Not worth buying from here, terrible customer service! Purchased a lehenga and paid for altering of the blouse which included replacement of misshapen cups (as they had written in the alteration notes at time of purchase). When picking up (3 weeks later), the cups were not changed and we were told to come back another time because it is a "big job." When coming the third time to pick it up, we were told that they had burned the blouse with an iron and that we should choose another outfit for which we would have to pay the price difference (plus the alteration cost for the new outfit we choose!). Barely an apology for burning the outfit. No acknowledgement for not giving us a call when it was burned so we could find another outfit in time for our event. They did nothing to make up for this other than a "discount next time you come in." Big waste of time, will not be coming back.

I had issues with shipping delays but… I had issues with shipping delays but the store personnel helped me track my order and get my packages. The material is good and as displayed in website. I had minor issue where the buttons are not aligned but I am surely hopeful that can be corrected.

Online order I ordered my daughter a Lehenga Choli and it shipped quickly. The quality is AMAZING! The top was too small so I called the store and they were very eager to assist with showing via FaceTime how to measure her properly for the right fit!!! AWESOME QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Outstanding customer service… Palkhi has exceptional customer service. My daughter received her lehenga and it was too big. The tailor did a video chat with us to see what needed to be altered. They offer a one time alteration at no charge and they even pay return shipping both ways! I have never heard of an Indian clothing company provide such amazing service! I am very pleased with my experience with Palkhi and would shop with them again in the future.
