GBOutstanding customer service… Palkhi has exceptional customer service. My daughter received her lehenga and it was too big. The tailor did a video chat with us to see what needed to be altered. They offer a one time alteration at no charge and they even pay return shipping both ways! I have never heard of an Indian clothing company provide such amazing service! I am very pleased with my experience with Palkhi and would shop with them again in the future.
