I had nothing but positive experiences… I had nothing but positive experiences working with Lightcrafters. They answered all of my many email questions very thoroughly, and it's so wonderful to support small businesses, rather than huge corporations! The sconce we ordered came just as expected. It's beautiful and we can't wait to put it up on the wall....once our remodel job is completed. Much gratitude to Lightcrafters!

Something unknown occurred that delayed… Something unknown occurred that delayed my receipt of the item for over 2 1/2 months. Upon contacting the store, a replacement was made and shipped in good order and time. The only other complaint I have is that I remember the mailbox being a combination of copper and bronze. The item I received is ONLY copper and not as attractive and eye-catching as I recall the original item to be. Overall I am satisfied, yet I am disappointed that it does not match what I recall from my original viewing and expectations. Louis Randall "Randy" Almond

Great product, terrible shipping The pendant rope is exactly what I wanted, I’m very happy with it! The only problem I had was it did take 36 days to get to me and when I emailed about the product I didn’t get a response for over two weeks. Unfortunately because of this I wouldn’t order from this company again.
