USGreat product, terrible shipping The pendant rope is exactly what I wanted, I’m very happy with it! The only problem I had was it did take 36 days to get to me and when I emailed about the product I didn’t get a response for over two weeks. Unfortunately because of this I wouldn’t order from this company again.
