I want to give 1 star for customer… I want to give 1 star for customer service and 5 stars for the light fixture. I'll settle for 2 stars. I ordered my slatted light fixture along with the 2, 2700 K, omni-directional, warm white light bulbs that were recommended. These were an additional $20 for 2. I received the fixture in about 6 weeks, without the light bulbs, and then spent the next 3 weeks emailing and phoning trying to get the bulbs sent. I finally got the bulbs and instead of the 2, 2700 K, warm white, omnidirectional bulbs I was sent 4, 5000 K, LED bulbs, not omnidirectional. These are bright bluish, daylight white and totally unusable in the outdoor fixture or anywhere else in my house I'm totally fed up and wish I had never heard of Lightcrafters!

After waiting for almost a month for… After waiting for almost a month for the product due to the USPS shipping fiasco, I finally received it. The nightlight was packed in a box that appeared to be from electrical components. Ok, I like to recycle, too. However, the box was rather flimsy and the nightlight was packed with broken pieces of Styrofoam. The entire thing left a lot to be desired in terms of protecting the product. Considering what I paid for shipping, I expected it to be a more secure package. Fortunately, the nightlight arrived intact. Unfortunately, it did not really match my expectations. The design is quite awesome but the materials used were not what I was expecting. The whole thing just doesn't seem terribly sturdy. Additionally, the metal was soldered to the switch slightly off center so the nightlight doesn't sit in the outlet evenly. I cannot recommend this business.

Great product! I am very happy with the electrified rope. Despite my initial frustration with long delay in receiving the product. Customer service eventually came through with flying colors. I will be purchasing more of this product. Thank you, Anna.

mottled copper with bronze perf Purchased the Ziggurat Wall Sconce in mottled copper with bronze perferatio. It did take a month to receive, but the wait was worth it. It is a beautiful light fixture, you can't find anything like this at the big box home improvement stores. Plus it's handcrafted in Austin, Texas.

Something unknown occurred that delayed… Something unknown occurred that delayed my receipt of the item for over 2 1/2 months. Upon contacting the store, a replacement was made and shipped in good order and time. The only other complaint I have is that I remember the mailbox being a combination of copper and bronze. The item I received is ONLY copper and not as attractive and eye-catching as I recall the original item to be. Overall I am satisfied, yet I am disappointed that it does not match what I recall from my original viewing and expectations. Louis Randall "Randy" Almond
