Not sure about this site I'm working with Tim Richardson on a land bid that I won. I just received the DocuSign agreement. Looking over it, I'm noticing that there are finance charges, something that the website said they wouldn't do. I'm confused. The land is very raw and there are no roads that lead directly to it besides a nearby highway. The document states that my final payment will include taxes and road maintenance fees. That could be any crazy amount. The price is not concrete unless I pay upfront. I'll be going over this with my lawyer and I'll return to this review once I've completed the transaction... or not.
