Another update. Another update. My wife finally received her order but guess what? it contained wrong items and damaged items. Contacted the so called customer service about this 48 hours ago, but guess what? that's right, no reply. Trading standards time I think. This company takes your money, takes forever to fulfill an order and when you get it, its wrong and/or damaged. When you contact them, they just ignore you, this has to be a breach in regulations surely?

Second order - happy again This was my second order with soap suppliers. I had ordered some ingredients in January, and now had run out of stock because everybody loved the smell of the fragrance oils so much. The shop is very convenient, shipping is fast and at reasonable rates. I will definitely order again.

Arrived in good time but not sure of… Arrived in good time but not sure of the quality of the Castor Oil. Our previous supply only had a slight colour but the colour of this one has influenced the the soap mix and we need to see how it dries out.
