In the times we’ve been through with covid 19 they have continued their excellent customer service even with fewer staff you are my number 1 supplier everything is amazing thank you

Great service and delivery times Great service and delivery times. I’ve just started making wax melts and all my products have been amazing so far. The fragrance oils are fantastic with such strong scents x x

Communication is very poor Communication is very poor. Had to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery although extended times on website said an extra 4 days. Had to pay the price of express delivery 24 Tracked to use 1st Class postage only. Tried to ring company and was redirected to email as no enquiries being taken about delivery, and no response on email for a few days. Has badly impacted business. Better delivery prices should be offered whilst deadlines are unable to be met and perhaps new orders should not be taken if inundated or increase of orders are made, of which the company are struggling to keep up to date with.

Products I purchased are really good… Products I purchased are really good quality, It would be even better if you had a reed diffuser base that wasnt tested on animals, maybe a soy wax alternative? Other than that delivery was quick, really happy with everything, thankyou
