USWebsite was quick and easy Website was quick and easy. Almost too easy as I was in a hurry and quickly ordered something that looked the same but wasn't. I caught it after it bugged me that it was cheaper than the week before and then I realized I had ordered the wrong thing. However, I canceled it, reordered and sent an email to make sure it got switched and got an almost immediate reply confirming it was. Just as should be.

USVery prompt delivery Very prompt delivery. One star less than perfect because the product had "paint skin" in the container. But I will continue to use Twin Creeks for my log home supplies. Free shipping is great.
