Excellent service -

Will not use this company again Will not use this company again. Ordered log siding and 2 timbers, 2-3 months in advance. On the day of shipping I was informed the mill "missed" the timbers on the order and I would not get those. Now I am stuck at build time trying to source from another company. Additionally, shipping was almost $5k for 2.5 bundles and do to a mixed up I did not know this until the day before delivery. Since I had 3 other semi's with log products from further away (NC) at $5.2k each (8-9 bundles), I would say I was gauged. My recommendation, if you have one close, is to use Menards who sources from Meadow Valley with free shipping to Menards. This way you are dealing with large corporation.

Website was quick and easy Website was quick and easy. Almost too easy as I was in a hurry and quickly ordered something that looked the same but wasn't. I caught it after it bugged me that it was cheaper than the week before and then I realized I had ordered the wrong thing. However, I canceled it, reordered and sent an email to make sure it got switched and got an almost immediate reply confirming it was. Just as should be.
