We bought a bunch of fixtures from… We bought a bunch of fixtures from Zenduce for a renovation project. All delivered on time. Outer packaging had minor damages by UPS but the light fixtures were safe due to wooden frame packaging. Customer service is patient and responsive. Quality wise all look fine.

Happy with a bulk order We made bulk purchase of multiple variants of chandeliers and wall lights for a client in Colorado. We raised number of queries before placing the order and customer service was patient enough resolve all, initially over chat and subsequently over emails. We also customized few fixtures with additional hanging wires and finish, and they accommodated it free of cost. Worth highlighting few items didn't work in our space due to certain fixtures being incompatible with sloped ceiling - We opted for free exchange and promptly received shipping labels for return pickup. Special shoutout to Patrick from Customer Service for being our dedicated point of contact and being awesome in what he does. Highly recommended

So far ... A Wonderful Experience and Purchase So far, I've purchased one item from Zenduce and it's been an absolute positive experience. I purchase a lot of art, accessories, and light fixtures for projects. Zenduce has really unique items to select from and their customer service is excellent. I purchased an Avila sculpture for my home. I just love the little guy. The quality is excellent and he makes me happy. The only downside was the wait to get him, but that's just because I was excited and impatient. I will be back again to purchase other accessories for future projects.
