We had few issues during installation but all solved within the same day when we contacted them. The products look decent quality. We bought a fixture called Crystal Rock… We bought a fixture called Crystal Rock from Zenduce 6 months ago. The fixture has been a beautiful addition to our living room. Two of the LEDs stopped working due to a potential short circuit during a recent renovation. We reached out to Zenduce and they provided replacement LEDs free of cost. I would definitely recommend buying from them.
