From customer support all the way to the Head of Acquisitions. I was impressed that when I asked for help I was connected to the Head of Acquisitions (Andrew) who took time to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process. The migration was a bit tough and a times I noticed some small items fall through the cracks, but the employees worked really hard to make it successful and rectified items as soon as they were alerted. I would recommend using this broker. It was as described on their website.

Sold my site in 4 months I was referred by a friend to use Investors Club and I listed my site on the platform on October 2023 and sold it in February 2024. During the 4-month period, Investors Club support team has been very supportive, patient, and helpful in making the deal happen. The buyer on the platform is very professional and communicative as well. The only thing that I (sort of) dislike is their acquisition manager's way of "pushing" me to accept the offer that the buyer initially made -- which gives me that impression that they just want to make the deal happen without considering the seller's interest. But after me complaining a bit, they listened and explained to me in a friendly way, which helped me get a better understand of how the platform works. Overall, I like this platform and will consider using it to sell my other digital assets in the future.
