GBIncompetent Time Wasters These guys are completely unprofessional. They will waste your time, ask you for tons of documents about your business, and then be unable to provide a valuation even after having the documents for 2 weeks. The problems are numerous, one being that their entire onboarding process is a joke and completely inefficient. Essentially, it's poorly designed, with them asking for things they don't need before even setting a valuation. It's also a matter of two many cooks in the kitchen, with 4-5 people involved, none of whom are able to speed the process up. For tasks that take 15 minutes tops they need days to review. Just utter incompetence.

GBHelpful Brokers Had a good experience with Investor’s Club. Every single employee I encountered was kind, polite, respectful, and responsive. From customer support all the way to the Head of Acquisitions. I was impressed that when I asked for help I was connected to the Head of Acquisitions (Andrew) who took time to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process. The migration was a bit tough and a times I noticed some small items fall through the cracks, but the employees worked really hard to make it successful and rectified items as soon as they were alerted. I would recommend using this broker. It was as described on their website.
