GBOrdered product (triangle truss) mid… Ordered product (triangle truss) mid December, received one email indicating delay issues with vendor, asking if alternates might work. Gave info as to specifics, received a reply indicating Joseph would call me with further info. No calls, also no response to follow-up emails requesting updates. I am 2 weeks out from must-have and no inkling whether I will receive this or any alternate product. .

GBLegit business with good customer service. They ship what I order, and it arrives either quickly or they contact me and it ships in a reasonable amount of time if it runs out.
