Lightning fast shipping!! I checked around for "CHERISTAN" for Cats (6 Months of treatments), because Frontline Plus just wasn't doing the trick. Our Vet recommended Cheristan as their new go-to meds for Flea and Tick control. Not only was IdealPet less expensive than everyone else on the web, the shipping was amazingly quick. What arrived wasn't in the original packaging, so I'm not sure it is the genuine article. I had emailed them, twice, to find out what was going on, but got no response.

Great prices, slow free shipping option For pet items where design is not an issue I shop price. IdealPetXcessories has shown up as a repeat vendor for me over the past year on price basis. Shipping's another story. The free shipping option—most welcome—turns out to be glacially slow. The trouble is that the paid shipping tier is very expensive (roughly $13 for an Rx pill bottle). I'd feel better served if the site offered clear delivery times for the various options during the purchase process AND b) a reasonably priced ($5 priority as an example) option for small items. Note: I'm working from memory here, writing this review. My sense, not certainty, is that my shipping critique is accurate.

Best prices! My dog has lung cancer and has been on chemo since May of this year. His liver numbers go up due to the chemo and he has to take Denamarin. It is $116 for a 30 day supply through the specialty clinic, so I went online to see if I can find it cheaper and Ideal PetXcessories was the chepest of everyone who sold it. I save over $50 getting it from Ideal PetXcessories and have already recommended them to a friend who's dog has to take Denamarin also. Best prices, super fast shipping and they have the friendliest employees anywhere!

excellent customer service I madw a mistake placing two itemss from the same product. I called and the customer service specialist was very polite. CSS canceles the duplicate and three days after i got the reimbursement in my credit card. I definitely will buy again in this website.
