GBexcellent customer service I madw a mistake placing two itemss from the same product. I called and the customer service specialist was very polite. CSS canceles the duplicate and three days after i got the reimbursement in my credit card. I definitely will buy again in this website.

GBPurchased azodyl I purchased three bottles of as azodyl which is supposed to stay cold. I also purchased a cooler and a cold pack so it would stay cool. I paid $20 for expedited shipping. When I receive my email to say it would ship they shipped it regular mail USPS. I've checked online to see where this company is from there's no mention of where they're from. I called numerous times they tell me to leave my name and number because they're too busy to take my call haven't heard back from anyone. They should be easier to contact.

GBBest prices! My dog has lung cancer and has been on chemo since May of this year. His liver numbers go up due to the chemo and he has to take Denamarin. It is $116 for a 30 day supply through the specialty clinic, so I went online to see if I can find it cheaper and Ideal PetXcessories was the chepest of everyone who sold it. I save over $50 getting it from Ideal PetXcessories and have already recommended them to a friend who's dog has to take Denamarin also. Best prices, super fast shipping and they have the friendliest employees anywhere!

GBGreat prices, slow free shipping option For pet items where design is not an issue I shop price. IdealPetXcessories has shown up as a repeat vendor for me over the past year on price basis. Shipping's another story. The free shipping option—most welcome—turns out to be glacially slow. The trouble is that the paid shipping tier is very expensive (roughly $13 for an Rx pill bottle). I'd feel better served if the site offered clear delivery times for the various options during the purchase process AND b) a reasonably priced ($5 priority as an example) option for small items. Note: I'm working from memory here, writing this review. My sense, not certainty, is that my shipping critique is accurate.

I had ordered 2 difference sizes of the dasuquin meds for large and small dogs and I had ordered the 250 ct, we have nine dogs, unfortunately that size has been discontinued so they wrote an email to let me know. Rechecking my original order I discovered that I had made a mistake and ordered all meds for small dogs! So I would have had to send back and reorder! Thanks for being on top of everything. Customer service lady could not of been nicer!
