Now you see me, now you don't. Ordered product, received confirmation email that they are getting package ready and would email when ready to ship. 7 days later, no further emails and no package. Tried calling but automated answer says to leave a message. Shouldn't take 7 days to ship anything if you have the product on hand. This will be the last time shopping here. Not really saving money if you don't receive the product in a timely manor and have to buy locally so your pets are covered.

Best prices! My dog has lung cancer and has been on chemo since May of this year. His liver numbers go up due to the chemo and he has to take Denamarin. It is $116 for a 30 day supply through the specialty clinic, so I went online to see if I can find it cheaper and Ideal PetXcessories was the chepest of everyone who sold it. I save over $50 getting it from Ideal PetXcessories and have already recommended them to a friend who's dog has to take Denamarin also. Provided email that saved the day! I had ordered 2 difference sizes of the dasuquin meds for large and small dogs and I had ordered the 250 ct, we have nine dogs, unfortunately that size has been discontinued so they wrote an email to let me know. Rechecking my original order I discovered that I had made a mistake and ordered all meds for small dogs! So I would have had to send back and reorder! Thanks for being on top of everything. Customer service lady could not of been nicer!
