Purchased azodyl I purchased three bottles of as azodyl which is supposed to stay cold. I also purchased a cooler and a cold pack so it would stay cool. I paid $20 for expedited shipping. When I receive my email to say it would ship they shipped it regular mail USPS. I've checked online to see where this company is from there's no mention of where they're from. I called numerous times they tell me to leave my name and number because they're too busy to take my call haven't heard back from anyone. They should be easier to contact.

I had ordered 2 difference sizes of the dasuquin meds for large and small dogs and I had ordered the 250 ct, we have nine dogs, unfortunately that size has been discontinued so they wrote an email to let me know. Rechecking my original order I discovered that I had made a mistake and ordered all meds for small dogs! So I would have had to send back and reorder! Thanks for being on top of everything.
