Now you see me, now you don't. Ordered product, received confirmation email that they are getting package ready and would email when ready to ship. 7 days later, no further emails and no package. Tried calling but automated answer says to leave a message. Shouldn't take 7 days to ship anything if you have the product on hand. This will be the last time shopping here. Not really saving money if you don't receive the product in a timely manor and have to buy locally so your pets are covered.

I'm hoping this supplement helps my dog. He's on prednisone for mast cell tumors and we're using this to help prevent liver issues. Dasuquin for cats joint health supplement Product was lower in price than at vet's office including shipping. Arrived well packaged in perfect condition. The product itself is a new supplement for my older cat and takes a little time to tell if it really helps with old age joint aches and pains, so I hold comment on this aspect for now. Cat did eat it without reservation when it was sprinkled on top of her food (I really don't think I could "pill" her - torture for her and me).
