Great prices, slow free shipping option For pet items where design is not an issue I shop price. IdealPetXcessories has shown up as a repeat vendor for me over the past year on price basis. Shipping's another story. The free shipping option—most welcome—turns out to be glacially slow. The trouble is that the paid shipping tier is very expensive (roughly $13 for an Rx pill bottle). I'd feel better served if the site offered clear delivery times for the various options during the purchase process AND b) a reasonably priced ($5 priority as an example) option for small items. Note: I'm working from memory here, writing this review. My sense, not certainty, is that my shipping critique is accurate.

Now you see me, now you don't. Ordered product, received confirmation email that they are getting package ready and would email when ready to ship. 7 days later, no further emails and no package. Tried calling but automated answer says to leave a message. Shouldn't take 7 days to ship anything if you have the product on hand. This will be the last time shopping here. Not really saving money if you don't receive the product in a timely manor and have to buy locally so your pets are covered.

Lightning fast shipping!! I checked around for "CHERISTAN" for Cats (6 Months of treatments), because Frontline Plus just wasn't doing the trick. Our Vet recommended Cheristan as their new go-to meds for Flea and Tick control. Not only was IdealPet less expensive than everyone else on the web, the shipping was amazingly quick. Lowest price and fastest shipping Decided to buy our dog's flea and tick gel (Activyl) online. I could not believe how much lower the cost is online versus purchasing this med from our vet. IdealPetX had the lowest price I could find and it arrived in 3 days. Very satisfied and will be making all future pet purchases from this company.

I saved $35 for a box of 6 months flea & tick solution, compared to getting it directly from my vet. Shipping was quick and product was well packed and arrrived in very good condition.
