I sent an e-mail asking how to correct this and a representative called me immediately. This person was very helpful and respectful. The order was corrected and I received it in a timely manner. I definitely plan to continue the auto ship.

Most Excellent! I ordered my last batch of Flea & Tick solution from IdealPetXccessories for 2 simple reasons:- 1. They had great reviews from other customers 2. I saved $35 for a box of 6 months flea & tick solution, compared to getting it directly from my vet. Shipping was quick and product was well packed and arrrived in very good condition. Best prices! My dog has lung cancer and has been on chemo since May of this year. His liver numbers go up due to the chemo and he has to take Denamarin. It is $116 for a 30 day supply through the specialty clinic, so I went online to see if I can find it cheaper and Ideal PetXcessories was the chepest of everyone who sold it. I save over $50 getting it from Ideal PetXcessories and have already recommended them to a friend who's dog has to take Denamarin also. Best prices, super fast shipping and they have the friendliest employees anywhere!
