Lightning fast shipping!! I checked around for "CHERISTAN" for Cats (6 Months of treatments), because Frontline Plus just wasn't doing the trick. Our Vet recommended Cheristan as their new go-to meds for Flea and Tick control. Not only was IdealPet less expensive than everyone else on the web, the shipping was amazingly quick. Something has gone wrong here Something has gone wrong here. They were great for months, but earlier this summer, a late-ish delivery and now one that is a month late. What arrived wasn't in the original packaging, so I'm not sure it is the genuine article. I had emailed them, twice, to find out what was going on, but got no response.

Rewriting review. Ok finally I got it. Did not know they were in Florida their site has no address. So someone finally called me after Hurricane Irma to let me know. I appreciate that. I originally gave a bad review but now I'm taking that review down and giving you 4 stars. Thanks for the product. ☺

Now you see me, now you don't. Ordered product, received confirmation email that they are getting package ready and would email when ready to ship. 7 days later, no further emails and no package. Tried calling but automated answer says to leave a message. Shouldn't take 7 days to ship anything if you have the product on hand. This will be the last time shopping here. Not really saving money if you don't receive the product in a timely manor and have to buy locally so your pets are covered.
