Now you see me, now you don't. Ordered product, received confirmation email that they are getting package ready and would email when ready to ship. 7 days later, no further emails and no package. Tried calling but automated answer says to leave a message. Shouldn't take 7 days to ship anything if you have the product on hand. This will be the last time shopping here. Not really saving money if you don't receive the product in a timely manor and have to buy locally so your pets are covered.

excellent customer service I madw a mistake placing two itemss from the same product. I called and the customer service specialist was very polite. CSS canceles the duplicate and three days after i got the reimbursement in my credit card. I definitely will buy again in this website.

I'm a first time customer. No problems. Must wait to see if my dog agrees! I ordered a med for better liver function in my dog. Provided email that saved the day! I had ordered 2 difference sizes of the dasuquin meds for large and small dogs and I had ordered the 250 ct, we have nine dogs, unfortunately that size has been discontinued so they wrote an email to let me know. Rechecking my original order I discovered that I had made a mistake and ordered all meds for small dogs! So I would have had to send back and reorder! Thanks for being on top of everything. Customer service lady could not of been nicer!
