I sent an e-mail asking how to correct this and a representative called me immediately. This person was very helpful and respectful. The order was corrected and I received it in a timely manner. Now you see me, now you don't. Ordered product, received confirmation email that they are getting package ready and would email when ready to ship. 7 days later, no further emails and no package. Tried calling but automated answer says to leave a message. Shouldn't take 7 days to ship anything if you have the product on hand. This will be the last time shopping here. Not really saving money if you don't receive the product in a timely manor and have to buy locally so your pets are covered.
