Great prices, slow free shipping option For pet items where design is not an issue I shop price. IdealPetXcessories has shown up as a repeat vendor for me over the past year on price basis. Shipping's another story. The free shipping option—most welcome—turns out to be glacially slow. The trouble is that the paid shipping tier is very expensive (roughly $13 for an Rx pill bottle). I'd feel better served if the site offered clear delivery times for the various options during the purchase process AND b) a reasonably priced ($5 priority as an example) option for small items. Note: I'm working from memory here, writing this review. My sense, not certainty, is that my shipping critique is accurate.

Great customer service I recently made a purchase from IdealPetXcessories and somehow missed where to sign up for auto ship. I sent an e-mail asking how to correct this and a representative called me immediately. This person was very helpful and respectful. The order was corrected and I received it in a timely manner. I definitely plan to continue the auto ship.

Lightning fast shipping!! I checked around for "CHERISTAN" for Cats (6 Months of treatments), because Frontline Plus just wasn't doing the trick. Our Vet recommended Cheristan as their new go-to meds for Flea and Tick control. Not only was IdealPet less expensive than everyone else on the web, the shipping was amazingly quick. Most Excellent! I ordered my last batch of Flea & Tick solution from IdealPetXccessories for 2 simple reasons:- 1. They had great reviews from other customers 2. I saved $35 for a box of 6 months flea & tick solution, compared to getting it directly from my vet. Shipping was quick and product was well packed and arrrived in very good condition. I will definitely be ordering my pet's medication from IdealPetXccessories in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them further.

excellent customer service I madw a mistake placing two itemss from the same product. I called and the customer service specialist was very polite. CSS canceles the duplicate and three days after i got the reimbursement in my credit card. I definitely will buy again in this website.
