Now you see me, now you don't. Ordered product, received confirmation email that they are getting package ready and would email when ready to ship. 7 days later, no further emails and no package. Tried calling but automated answer says to leave a message. Shouldn't take 7 days to ship anything if you have the product on hand. This will be the last time shopping here. Not really saving money if you don't receive the product in a timely manor and have to buy locally so your pets are covered.

Something has gone wrong here Something has gone wrong here. They were great for months, but earlier this summer, a late-ish delivery and now one that is a month late. What arrived wasn't in the original packaging, so I'm not sure it is the genuine article. I had emailed them, twice, to find out what was going on, but got no response.

Most Excellent! I ordered my last batch of Flea & Tick solution from IdealPetXccessories for 2 simple reasons:- 1. They had great reviews from other customers 2. I saved $35 for a box of 6 months flea & tick solution, compared to getting it directly from my vet. Shipping was quick and product was well packed and arrrived in very good condition. I will definitely be ordering my pet's medication from IdealPetXccessories in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them further.

Rewriting review. Ok finally I got it. Did not know they were in Florida their site has no address. So someone finally called me after Hurricane Irma to let me know. I appreciate that. Dasuquin for cats joint health supplement Product was lower in price than at vet's office including shipping. Arrived well packaged in perfect condition. The product itself is a new supplement for my older cat and takes a little time to tell if it really helps with old age joint aches and pains, so I hold comment on this aspect for now. Cat did eat it without reservation when it was sprinkled on top of her food (I really don't think I could "pill" her - torture for her and me).
