Purchased azodyl I purchased three bottles of as azodyl which is supposed to stay cold. I also purchased a cooler and a cold pack so it would stay cool. I paid $20 for expedited shipping. When I receive my email to say it would ship they shipped it regular mail USPS. I've checked online to see where this company is from there's no mention of where they're from. I called numerous times they tell me to leave my name and number because they're too busy to take my call haven't heard back from anyone. They should be easier to contact.

The product itself is a new supplement for my older cat and takes a little time to tell if it really helps with old age joint aches and pains, so I hold comment on this aspect for now.
