Great prices, slow free shipping option For pet items where design is not an issue I shop price. IdealPetXcessories has shown up as a repeat vendor for me over the past year on price basis. Shipping's another story. The free shipping option—most welcome—turns out to be glacially slow. The trouble is that the paid shipping tier is very expensive (roughly $13 for an Rx pill bottle). I'd feel better served if the site offered clear delivery times for the various options during the purchase process AND b) a reasonably priced ($5 priority as an example) option for small items. Note: I'm working from memory here, writing this review. My sense, not certainty, is that my shipping critique is accurate.

Lightning fast shipping!! I checked around for "CHERISTAN" for Cats (6 Months of treatments), because Frontline Plus just wasn't doing the trick. Our Vet recommended Cheristan as their new go-to meds for Flea and Tick control. Not only was IdealPet less expensive than everyone else on the web, the shipping was amazingly quick. Thanks for being our new Pet Med supplier!

Above and beyond! At the time my order of Denamarin was placed, the listing had not been updated to show the merchandise was back ordered. This was going to be a problem for me. IdealPetXccessories not only located a supply in their area but gave me expedited shipping and got the medicine to me before we ran out. Excellent service!

Great customer service I recently made a purchase from IdealPetXcessories and somehow missed where to sign up for auto ship. I sent an e-mail asking how to correct this and a representative called me immediately. This person was very helpful and respectful. The order was corrected and I received it in a timely manner. I definitely plan to continue the auto ship.

I'm a first time customer. No problems. Must wait to see if my dog agrees! I ordered a med for better liver function in my dog. I'll wait for the next liver function test to determine if it is truly working well. Had no problem with IdealPetX. ordering was easy, and shipment/delivery were within a few days!
