Great customer service I recently made a purchase from IdealPetXcessories and somehow missed where to sign up for auto ship. I sent an e-mail asking how to correct this and a representative called me immediately. This person was very helpful and respectful. The order was corrected and I received it in a timely manner. I definitely plan to continue the auto ship.

I am very frustrated as I write this … I am very frustrated as I write this review. I order Azodyl for my cat last Thursday and paid for second day air and the cooler case. When I checked the mail today, still no product and I went online and all I see is the order is confirmed - not even shipped yet. This is very unacceptable - every time I ordered this medicine online with any other company the order shipped that day or the next. Now my cat will be without the medication for a few days as I await its arrival. I went with IdealPetX because their price was a few dollars less expensive but obviously not worth it. I will not order again from them and am waiting to hear when it is shipping or if I need to cancel the order and go with my usual company Allivet. That's what I get for trying to save a couple of dollars - the meds are expensive $83 with shipping but learn and lose.

Great prices, slow free shipping option For pet items where design is not an issue I shop price. IdealPetXcessories has shown up as a repeat vendor for me over the past year on price basis. Shipping's another story. The free shipping option—most welcome—turns out to be glacially slow. The trouble is that the paid shipping tier is very expensive (roughly $13 for an Rx pill bottle). I'd feel better served if the site offered clear delivery times for the various options during the purchase process AND b) a reasonably priced ($5 priority as an example) option for small items. Note: I'm working from memory here, writing this review. My sense, not certainty, is that my shipping critique is accurate.

Now you see me, now you don't. Ordered product, received confirmation email that they are getting package ready and would email when ready to ship. 7 days later, no further emails and no package. Tried calling but automated answer says to leave a message. Shouldn't take 7 days to ship anything if you have the product on hand. This will be the last time shopping here. Not really saving money if you don't receive the product in a timely manor and have to buy locally so your pets are covered.

Excellent price and service Ordered 2 packages of Activyl flea meds from IdealPetXccessories last week. The price was almost too good to be true. I saved $40 and got free shipping! My package arrived several days later. Will definitely order again.
