Purchased azodyl I purchased three bottles of as azodyl which is supposed to stay cold. I also purchased a cooler and a cold pack so it would stay cool. I paid $20 for expedited shipping. When I receive my email to say it would ship they shipped it regular mail USPS. I've checked online to see where this company is from there's no mention of where they're from. I called numerous times they tell me to leave my name and number because they're too busy to take my call haven't heard back from anyone. They should be easier to contact.

Great customer service I recently made a purchase from IdealPetXcessories and somehow missed where to sign up for auto ship. I sent an e-mail asking how to correct this and a representative called me immediately. This person was very helpful and respectful. The order was corrected and I received it in a timely manner. I definitely plan to continue the auto ship.

What arrived wasn't in the original packaging, so I'm not sure it is the genuine article. I had emailed them, twice, to find out what was going on, but got no response.

Great prices, slow free shipping option For pet items where design is not an issue I shop price. IdealPetXcessories has shown up as a repeat vendor for me over the past year on price basis. Shipping's another story. The free shipping option—most welcome—turns out to be glacially slow. The trouble is that the paid shipping tier is very expensive (roughly $13 for an Rx pill bottle). I'd feel better served if the site offered clear delivery times for the various options during the purchase process AND b) a reasonably priced ($5 priority as an example) option for small items. Note: I'm working from memory here, writing this review. My sense, not certainty, is that my shipping critique is accurate.

I'm a first time customer. No problems. Must wait to see if my dog agrees! I ordered a med for better liver function in my dog. I'll wait for the next liver function test to determine if it is truly working well. Had no problem with IdealPetX. ordering was easy, and shipment/delivery were within a few days! Especially liked the zero transportation cost. Thank you muchly!
