Great Free shipping, reasonable prices and I received my order in a timely fashion. This was my first time ordering anything from this company and so far so good! I'm hoping this supplement helps my dog. He's on prednisone for mast cell tumors and we're using this to help prevent liver issues. His alt is a little high but nothing too concerning and we hope to keep it that way.

Dasuquin for cats joint health supplement Product was lower in price than at vet's office including shipping. Arrived well packaged in perfect condition. The product itself is a new supplement for my older cat and takes a little time to tell if it really helps with old age joint aches and pains, so I hold comment on this aspect for now. Cat did eat it without reservation when it was sprinkled on top of her food (I really don't think I could "pill" her - torture for her and me).

Provided email that saved the day! I had ordered 2 difference sizes of the dasuquin meds for large and small dogs and I had ordered the 250 ct, we have nine dogs, unfortunately that size has been discontinued so they wrote an email to let me know. Rechecking my original order I discovered that I had made a mistake and ordered all meds for small dogs! So I would have had to send back and reorder! Thanks for being on top of everything. Customer service lady could not of been nicer!

Now you see me, now you don't. Ordered product, received confirmation email that they are getting package ready and would email when ready to ship. 7 days later, no further emails and no package. Tried calling but automated answer says to leave a message. Shouldn't take 7 days to ship anything if you have the product on hand. This will be the last time shopping here. Not really saving money if you don't receive the product in a timely manor and have to buy locally so your pets are covered.

What arrived wasn't in the original packaging, so I'm not sure it is the genuine article. I had emailed them, twice, to find out what was going on, but got no response.
