The product itself is a new supplement for my older cat and takes a little time to tell if it really helps with old age joint aches and pains, so I hold comment on this aspect for now. Cat did eat it without reservation when it was sprinkled on top of her food (I really don't think I could "pill" her - torture for her and me).

Shipping's another story. The free shipping option—most welcome—turns out to be glacially slow. The trouble is that the paid shipping tier is very expensive (roughly $13 for an Rx pill bottle). I'd feel better served if the site offered clear delivery times for the various options during the purchase process AND b) a reasonably priced ($5 priority as an example) option for small items. Note: I'm working from memory here, writing this review. My sense, not certainty, is that my shipping critique is accurate.

Lightning fast shipping!! I checked around for "CHERISTAN" for Cats (6 Months of treatments), because Frontline Plus just wasn't doing the trick. Our Vet recommended Cheristan as their new go-to meds for Flea and Tick control. Not only was IdealPet less expensive than everyone else on the web, the shipping was amazingly quick.
