excellent customer service I madw a mistake placing two itemss from the same product. I called and the customer service specialist was very polite. CSS canceles the duplicate and three days after i got the reimbursement in my credit card. I definitely will buy again in this website.

Best prices! My dog has lung cancer and has been on chemo since May of this year. His liver numbers go up due to the chemo and he has to take Denamarin. It is $116 for a 30 day supply through the specialty clinic, so I went online to see if I can find it cheaper and Ideal PetXcessories was the chepest of everyone who sold it. I save over $50 getting it from Ideal PetXcessories and have already recommended them to a friend who's dog has to take Denamarin also. Great customer service I recently made a purchase from IdealPetXcessories and somehow missed where to sign up for auto ship. I sent an e-mail asking how to correct this and a representative called me immediately. This person was very helpful and respectful. The order was corrected and I received it in a timely manner.
