Provided email that saved the day! I had ordered 2 difference sizes of the dasuquin meds for large and small dogs and I had ordered the 250 ct, we have nine dogs, unfortunately that size has been discontinued so they wrote an email to let me know. Rechecking my original order I discovered that I had made a mistake and ordered all meds for small dogs! So I would have had to send back and reorder! Thanks for being on top of everything. Customer service lady could not of been nicer!

What arrived wasn't in the original packaging, so I'm not sure it is the genuine article. I had emailed them, twice, to find out what was going on, but got no response.

Tried calling but automated answer says to leave a message. Shouldn't take 7 days to ship anything if you have the product on hand. This will be the last time shopping here. Not really saving money if you don't receive the product in a timely manor and have to buy locally so your pets are covered.
