Good experience I had received my goods immediately after all misunderstandings have been cleared up

Everything OK Everything OK. From beginning of shopping to delivery.

The interaction with every agent was…great The interaction with every agent was significant, they replied to each of my questions in a very patient, professional, and gentle manner. I am pleased with the service, unfortunately, I had to return one of the products but the overall experience was good. Thank Adeline and Gretchel for your help! Carolina Olortegui.

Thumbs (and the pergola) up! The description of the item was fine, the ordered pergola arrived quickly, the shipping was free and the quality of the product was adequate for the price. All the necessary parts were in the package, the painted parts were ok and the result looks solid. Moreover, nobody offers a similar pergola on the market.
