However, there's a note of disappointment regarding the 'Desk Edge Lamp.' Your website indicated it was 'sold out,' which led me to believe I could purchase it later on. This detail is misleading and the website should reflect the current status of the product to prevent future customer confusion. It was quite disappointing to learn that it's actually no longer available. This was unexpected and, had I been informed earlier, it would have influenced my decision to purchase the lap desk. Please, update your website.

Good lamp and great customer service I bought the dual glow desk lamp from Genion Space and the first product had some issues with some hinges and the USB port. I reached out to customer support with a short video of my issues, and they replied quickly and sent me a replacement lamp, which didn't have any of the issues. So it seems I was unlucky with the first unit, but with this kind of support the issue was fixed well, and the replacement unit worked as expected. The lamp itself is good and nicely adjustable. The brightness levels go well high enough for my needs and I actually would have liked the lower level to be a little dimmer for evening reading, but the current lower setting is fine for that as well. The blue led light is always on and a little bright for my taste, so I put a bit of tape to cover it as I sleep in the same room. The led may help to locate the lamps power button in the dark, so it may be useful for some people, although I preferred hiding it. The lamp has worked well as a desk light, online video meeting light and evening reading light.

So far so good!! Wow, super impressed with the versatility of this lamp! I use my study at different times during the day, sometimes for work sometimes for play, so I love that I can adjust the colour temperature, brightness and angles of the lamp to suit. Build quality seems fine but not sure of replacement parts? So far so good!! Oh, and I love the remote on my desk as the actual lamp is just a little out of reach.

Beautiful light (DualGlow Edge Lamp) It wasn't clear to me at the time of ordering that the DualGlow Edge Lamp would be shipped from Hong Kong (I am in the UK) so it was taking a bit longer than I anticipated to arrive. Once it did though, everything else has been perfect. From the packaging to the build quality to the controls and the amount of light it casts. I hope it will have a really long lifespan because I have no idea whether the light sources are replaceable but so far I am thrilled with it!
