I would recommend The desk lamp works exactly as advertised. I'm really happy with the light quality. I WFH and the room is quite dark, the lamp has made an enormous difference. I would recommend. The only reason that it is 4 and not 5 stars is the packaging, foam inside the box. I understand why given shipping around the world but not great for the environment. I'd have preferred it was packed in cardboard.

Good lamp and great customer service I bought the dual glow desk lamp from Genion Space and the first product had some issues with some hinges and the USB port. I reached out to customer support with a short video of my issues, and they replied quickly and sent me a replacement lamp, which didn't have any of the issues. So it seems I was unlucky with the first unit, but with this kind of support the issue was fixed well, and the replacement unit worked as expected. The lamp itself is good and nicely adjustable. The brightness levels go well high enough for my needs and I actually would have liked the lower level to be a little dimmer for evening reading, but the current lower setting is fine for that as well. The blue led light is always on and a little bright for my taste, so I put a bit of tape to cover it as I sleep in the same room. The led may help to locate the lamps power button in the dark, so it may be useful for some people, although I preferred hiding it. The lamp has worked well as a desk light, online video meeting light and evening reading light.

I am posting 5 stars on two grounds I am posting 5 stars on two grounds - firstly, this is a beautifully designed lamp, giving perfect light for my needs. However, the size of my desk (it is too long) means that I cannot place the lamp in an optimum position. This brings me to the second praise - I mentioned my issue to Genion and they have resolved it immediately and with generosity. i will certainly be looking at their other products

Great product! Quick, efficient delivery service. Found the product to be just as advertised. I’ve had a number of these lights and must say, for any of those working exclusively from hotel who participate in virtual meetings and/or give virtual presentations, this product outshines them all. I love the added feature of C-hub for charging my other devices. Would highly recommend.

User-friendly and terrific concept I love the ease of use (expanding, tilting) and extra features (light, drawer) of this desk but, sadly, its legs are too wide to fit into my favorite comfy chair. And while it's great that it has a large work surface, I also can't use it on my couch because its too big to fit both me and it. Still, I use it on the floor and as a standing desk at my work table, and it works great for those purposes.
