USI got an email to review the product… I got an email to review the product the day it was shipped; this was premature. The product was delivered 2 days later than originally promised. This was probably due to holiday mail and the USPS closing one day for a Presidential funeral. The ballcap buddy cap washers worked fine. I would suggest that the instructions not be put in the bill of the cage. I didn't see that I was supposed to open the cap from the back on the first one, so I opened the bill. That cage now opens harder than the one I opened from the back. It is a good product, but don't send out your review request until after the product has been delivered.

USGREAT product When I completed my purchase, a screen came up saying there was an error. It appears that the transaction was complete but I had to send an email to confirm the purchase came through. UPDATE: product was delivered quickly. Product is perfect, and works as advertised.

USThey messed up my order right off the … They messed up my order right off the bat. I will say they did fix that. However, I don't think it would have been fixed had I not sent messages trying to find out what happened.
