This was probably due to holiday mail and the USPS closing one day for a Presidential funeral. The ballcap buddy cap washers worked fine. I would suggest that the instructions not be put in the bill of the cage. I didn't see that I was supposed to open the cap from the back on the first one, so I opened the bill. That cage now opens harder than the one I opened from the back. It is a good product, but don't send out your review request until after the product has been delivered.

I used my Ballcap Buddy today. My hat came out so clean!! I put it in the top rack of my dishwasher and couldnt wait to see the results. Amazing! and the cap washer kept the hats shape perfectly. Im re ordering more for friends as xmas presents!
