Great product & service I had a very bad experience at the beginning as it’s very annoying to get tech support through chat only, as one of my lights where not working. As long as you give yourself lots of time, they will go step by step to find the exact issue. Unfortunately in my case it was not an installation issue, it was a defaulty ballast. But once they found the issue, they kindly sent out a replacement part right away. I really appreciate having good service and good quality products. Their products are definitely worth the price. And having peace of mind, knowing that they will replace any defective part with out hesitation as long as you take time and go through their tech.

Over all great experience I found everything about the site very easy to use, ordering was a breeze. The light options and color chart was great for understanding which option to choose for my vehicle. First time buyer, and will be buying again in the future.

Jump pack wouldn't even turn engine over… Purchased one of their J1003 jump packs with tire inflator. It worked fine with the tire inflator, but I tried to jump one of our work trucks with it, and had to return to the shop for jumper cables when it failed to turn over the engine. Another time I went to Costco, left my headlights on, and returned to a dead battery. Having nothing else but this jump pack, I thought I'll have to try it, but I didn't have my hopes up. Again, it failed to even turn the engine over despite reading 89% after the first time I tried using it. I walked over to the tire center and asked if they could give me a jump start. The technician handed me a portable jump pack, I hooked it up, and my car fired right up. I just have a Honda CR-V, not a big diesel or anything. As soon as I got home, I threw all of it in the dumpster.

Fantastic Service & Lifetime Warranty I purchased LED headlights back in 2020 and have been using them happily ever since. They have been the best set of LED’s I’ve ever experienced. Best in the business, HIGHLY recommend! Been using the H11 LED kit in my 2019 Chevy Colorado, and they have been amazing! Recently, one side actually stopped working. Only took a few minutes with a customer service rep, Kevin, who was amazing, and my replacements were on the way! These are by far the best LED lights I have ever used, and the best customer service! HIGHLY recommended!
