Fortunately the HIDS work well Order shipped and delivered as promised. Nicely packaged but I was a little surprised there was no shipping doc for return purposes if necessary, no installation instructions or where to get them (although that was fairly simple to figure out). I had to return the first set of HIDs because, apparently, Hyundai does not use the same connectors for their projector lights as others in the auto industry so. I assume this because I order LEDs from another lighting company and the connectors were the same problem. That's not your fault but that's not mine either. The rep who was doing the fact-finding to determine my issue with the lights finally concurred that I needed H11 and 9005 lights. He topped it off by saying "We won't charge you the 15% restocking fee." Well, bully for youse guys! I gave you the lead; make sure this doesn't happen again to your other Hyundai customers. The other light company didn't threaten me with restock fees. They even paid for shipping the lights back to them. That company was Diode Dynamics. I didn't make my final purchase with them this time because they didn't have HID lights for the Hyundai and I wasn't impressed with the light output from the LED bulbs.

Tking back my bad review I wrote a review two days ago giving 1 star. I contacted the company again and chatted with Kevin a manager. After exlianing the whole problem Kevin is sending me a complete kit at no charge - THAT'S MAKING THINGS RIGHT, am taking back my bad review

Jump pack wouldn't even turn engine over… Purchased one of their J1003 jump packs with tire inflator. It worked fine with the tire inflator, but I tried to jump one of our work trucks with it, and had to return to the shop for jumper cables when it failed to turn over the engine. Another time I went to Costco, left my headlights on, and returned to a dead battery. Having nothing else but this jump pack, I thought I'll have to try it, but I didn't have my hopes up. Again, it failed to even turn the engine over despite reading 89% after the first time I tried using it. I walked over to the tire center and asked if they could give me a jump start. The technician handed me a portable jump pack, I hooked it up, and my car fired right up. I just have a Honda CR-V, not a big diesel or anything. As soon as I got home, I threw all of it in the dumpster.

Issues Corrected I was having issues getting the items I wanted ordered, but after online help from Kevin, everything went well. He was able to get the order submitted for me and he was very professional through the whole process, despite the fact that I was kind of grouchy at first due to the issues I was having with the website.
