USStill waiting on item...poor service I purchased a ceiling light fixture with a 2-day ship. I had a restricted time frame to receive the light because I had a technician coming out who was already scheduled. 4 days later, I did not receive the light. I called, they forgot to put the order in. I didn't have any communication from them at all. As of right now, I'm still waiting for the light fixture which hopefully will come but will be too late to be installed. If I don't receive it in a reasonable time I will have to call back and request a refund. I will never deal with them again.

USSUCKY customer service!!! SUCKY customer service!!!! AWESOME products!! If they JUST would have ANSWERED my call and question and NOT hung up on me A COUPLE of times, I'd SO give them 5 stars. BE warey of measurements posted online ... and PLEASE don't try to ask about them! I was correct in what I thought about the fitter measurements ...luckily - cuz it's an awesome product (that's available at Home Depot!). Sorry - I really tried to make it work - but you totally ignored me!

USExcellent and timely service Excellent and timely service. The only thing that would have been better is if the item was glass but because these fixtures are at least 30+ years old, no one seems to carry the parts. Fortunately, the acrylic product looks like the glass ones. But I purchased the last one.
