Kristen Well first off let me say I am totally computer and technologically illiterate, so when my television went down I felt completely hopeless. I was told to call Advanced Lamps, which I did. All I had was the owners manual. I gave then the model number of 46HM85 and the representative set my order up for a TB25-LMP. Advanced Lamps is definitely a company to call if you basically know how to turn on and watch TV. The representatives are knowledgeable and helpful.
