Kumar Advanced Lamps had the exact lamp I needed to fix my daughters TV. They also double checked and informed me that there are two different styles of lamp for the TV, a first and second generation. I would have been clueless and spent way more money from another sites. The prices on their website were the lowest out there and the warranties are far better than their competitors choose to offer. I will definitely keep them bookmarked for future purchases.

Kristen Well first off let me say I am totally computer and technologically illiterate, so when my television went down I felt completely hopeless. I was told to call Advanced Lamps, which I did. All I had was the owners manual. I gave then the model number of 46HM85 and the representative set my order up for a TB25-LMP. Advanced Lamps is definitely a company to call if you basically know how to turn on and watch TV. The representatives are knowledgeable and helpful. AdvancedLamps personnel must have written their own reviews. I ordered a Y196 projection lamp which lasted less than two hours. Numerous emails and countless minutes on hold to eventually leave messages that are never answered. If you buy from this company, you will be throwing your money away. These other glowing reviews here are obviously written by their personnel or by paid respondents!

Palmer Tucker Advanced Lamps truly has excellent service. My lamp went out during Monday night football so I ordered that same night around 11 pm. The next day I received an email response saying that it was shipped on Tuesday and it was followed by tracking information. I received the package on Wednesday at the end of the business day.
