Palmer Tucker Advanced Lamps truly has excellent service. My lamp went out during Monday night football so I ordered that same night around 11 pm. The next day I received an email response saying that it was shipped on Tuesday and it was followed by tracking information. I received the package on Wednesday at the end of the business day. Advanced Lamps has great service! Thank you.

Justice My name is Justice Washington and when mu bulb went out on my Toshiba I turned to Advanced Lamps. The customer service agent walked me through the entire process and placed the order for the Y66-LMP. They explained the warranty, exchange procedures, and the terms and conditions. The process was easier than I expected and I would definitely recommend Advanced Lamps to friends and family. I would also contact them first for all further lamp needs for my television.

DON'T buy from Advanced Lamps!!! Absolutely horrible experience with Advanced Lamps!! Advertised the lamp I needed as "in stock". Received e-mail sveral days later stating it was backordered. After >1 week, still couldn't tell me when lamp would become available. Cancelled the order. Bought another one through Amazon. Got within a couple of days. STILL haven't been credited for the cancelled order from Advanced Lamps, a week and a half ago!! Will be contacting BBB soon. Already have a dispute filed with my credit card company. Considering starting a class action lawsuit against them as this is obviously a pattern-taking your money stating an item is in stock-then not reimbursing when complaints arise. Amazed they have ANY positive feedback at all!!

Marc I have a television model number KDS 50A2000 and when I had tried other local and online sites. The prices were extremely escalated, or the availability was nonexistent. A family member recommended Advanced Lamps. I pulled up their web page and it was extremely user friendly. By using the search field I found the xl5200 for my Sony television. My item shipped the same day and was delivered promptly through UPS. This process was extremely easy.

harry I am so happy that I found advanced lamps. I had a horrible experience with another company that I will let remain nameless. But advanced lamps it was 100% percent opposite experience. The customer services reps were friendly and informative. The prices are beyond reasonable the bulbs are downright cheap, in price only. I got the bulb in a timely manner and installed it and it had my television looking brand new. Excellent!!!
