GBI am having a problem with getting a refund. I am having a problem with Glasscias.com. I made an order, but unfortunately, it was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the company, and they told me they had forwarded my complaint to Hailify's (shipping company )support team. However, the shipping company said that my package was lost, and I should contact Temu company instead. I have yet to hear back from Temu, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. I believe Glasscias should take responsibility for this situation and refund my money. It's unfair that I'm stuck in the middle of this confusing situation with no resolution in sight.

GBPOOR Quality / Bait and switch Took a very long time to receive my order. Glasses are a bait and switch. Very POOR quality with air bubbles through the glasses. They feel like plastic cups in your hand.
