GBBEWARE BEWARE, BEWARE! This company is a scam based on my recent experience. I ordered a HeatCore portable space heater on 2 Jan 2020 and have yet to receive it, but they charged my credit card. I have tried calling Customer Service and you are referred to sending an email. I have already sent at least 15 and all I get is lip service, be patient, we are working on it, we generated a ticket with urgent top priority, etc. As a last resort, I have reported this company to the Better Business Bureau. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!

GBWe have had our heater for several… We have had our heater for several months but then it started to blow out cold air only. Customer support has not resolved the problem after several weeks. Very poor response

NLmy warehouse heather! it was kind a cold in my office and since I work in a warehouse, its hard to heat up and get comfortable. But now, I have a Heatcore on my desk and I seriously have to switch it off after a while.. Its so warm and nice, and I am sooo happy I can work from my office again and be comfortable.

GBI ordered on January 5th and still have… I ordered on January 5th and still have not even gotten a tracking number. I have emailed about it at least 10 times get the same answer. They I get an email saying I hope you are enjoyed your heater. DON'T HAVE AN ORDER. I HAVE SAYED AT LEAST 6 OR 7 TIMES TO JUST CANCEL. CANCEL AND PUT MY MONEY BACK IN MY CARD ACCOUNT. I AM SO DONE CANCEL CANCEL

GBWouldn't be without it This is an amazingly efficient and easy -to- use machine. We have used it often and you can even switch it on and fall asleep.....it will switch itself off.!! Excellent and efficient
