Great Service We had two canceled order from Chewy.com without notifying us about out of stock on our auto ship dog food. My husband found Gresbendmart and noticed the price of our dog food which is much cheaper than Chewy.com. We were not confident on new website to get our dog food but gave a try. Unexpectedly, we received our dog food after two days we ordered from Gresbendmart. It was directly shipping from our dog food company. They kept us inform our dog food shipment.

I usually order my dog food from Chewy… I usually order my dog food from Chewy but found their prices to be much cheaper. My delivery came as expected. Then I got a strange email saying their payment agent actually refunded my $$ for the dog food and they were sending me an invoice to my PayPal to reimburse them. I did get the request, but it's not from their company but from Yasmira Soto and different address than the company. I immediately thought this was a scam. I repeatedly asked who Yasmira Soto was but was never told. I tried calling the company but when it picks up, it doesnt answer with the company name and there is no way to talk to anyone. I have never had a company accidentally refund my money paid. I don't remember what method I paid through but it wasn't through PayPal because I didn't see a refund from them. Anyhow, the whole thing is so strange. They have repeatedly asked me to pay the PayPal invoice but I told them, I will move forward when I see a refund mistake on my end. I don't know if this is a scam to get more $$ out of me or what.

This website vendor is a scam This website vendor is a scam. They list products at very low prices to attract buyers. They respond to customer service inquires in an attempt to look legitimate, however your purchased items will never ship. When you inquire about why your items haven't shipped weeks later, they will respond with some excuse about why they couldn't ship the item, and they claim they have processed a refund. That will refund will never come. Thank goodness for Amex.
