As an event coordinator, most often we have to think outside the box and do so many different tasks at one time with so many moving parts. GBUPDATED: I’m usually a very understanding… I’m usually a very understanding person….I worked for Characters for Hire on 2/24. After some weeks of not receiving my payment, I reached out to resolve my concern. They said it would be sent out via email on 3/15. It was not. I followed up again a few days later and have yet to hear back from them. After reading other reviews about not receiving their payment, I’m getting a little bit worried. Update: - Angela sorted things out and I received my payment!! My payment was processed the day they promised……but to the wrong address. Angela helped me receive it to my correct address. - It took a few attempts of me pestering them via email and phone to finally hear back. It wasn’t until my previous review that I received help. -I wasn’t able to receive compensation for parking fees because the machine wouldn’t print a receipt and they can only process compensation with a valid receipt. I understand the protocol, so there’s not much else that can be done with that even with other documents regarding the parking ticket. :(
