Avoid any dealings with them Ordered astro alan at the beginning of December 2021 as a Christmas present for my son. Still waiting for it to be delivered , they have taken payment but have failed to provide the goods. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this firm as they just don't seem to care about any kind of customer service.

Customer support asked to send back to USA for the cost of £27 which is apparently UNREFUNABLE! So, we had a "pleasure" of waiting the damaged goods for 2 months and then pay out of our own pocket to send the same goods back, unbelievable!
