Avoid any dealings with them Ordered astro alan at the beginning of December 2021 as a Christmas present for my son. Still waiting for it to be delivered , they have taken payment but have failed to provide the goods. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this firm as they just don't seem to care about any kind of customer service.

However, after looking around on the website, I ordered the LEDs and I've transformed my bedroom into a spaceship! It is truly awesome. Customer Service/Fulfilling Complete Order Needs Improvement The lights and idea are pretty good. I bought a bundle package which would include the Projector and (2) 16ft LED light tapes. All I received was the (2) Light Tapes. In contacting them about sending me the Projector, they don't really respond quickly. Rather after a few emails and a phone call, someone finally got back to me. I send my email message back quickly to them, only to wait a few days for a response. Still haven't received the projector, but got an email stating they passed my information on to another department. Kind of getting the run-around on a mistake that they made, and yet they don't seem to care to much. I'd look for another company until they figure out how to fulfill an order completely and respond quicker about fixing their mishap. In addition, there is a short in one of the tapes in which I will need to fix. Mentioned this to them, but did they offer to replace it with one that is functioning properly? Not at all!
