PRO Delivery Tips
GBNice Simple, Touch Light took awhile but did come. Look nice so far. Music setting works nicely. I think the lights are set to react to bass. Still need to try remote to see more settings. However, original setting is good. Overall for the price I'm satisfied.

GBWorth the light show, the speaker is a bit 2009 though. The lighting is amazing, as soon as you turn them on they will light up any room you choose! My only down fall is the speaker it comes with, if you’re like me and enjoy an HD music experience I don’t recommended the speaker.

INI had almost lost my LED Tape in… I had almost lost my LED Tape in shipping as there's no notification procedure when it comes outside USA But when I informed regarding my non deliverance the Viral lights team got into action. End to end notification for the user is important

GBCustomer Service/Fulfilling Complete Order Needs Improvement The lights and idea are pretty good. I bought a bundle package which would include the Projector and (2) 16ft LED light tapes. All I received was the (2) Light Tapes. In contacting them about sending me the Projector, they don't really respond quickly. Rather after a few emails and a phone call, someone finally got back to me. I send my email message back quickly to them, only to wait a few days for a response. Still haven't received the projector, but got an email stating they passed my information on to another department. Kind of getting the run-around on a mistake that they made, and yet they don't seem to care to much. I'd look for another company until they figure out how to fulfill an order completely and respond quicker about fixing their mishap. In addition, there is a short in one of the tapes in which I will need to fix. Mentioned this to them, but did they offer to replace it with one that is functioning properly? Not at all!
