GBCustomer Service/Fulfilling Complete Order Needs Improvement The lights and idea are pretty good. I bought a bundle package which would include the Projector and (2) 16ft LED light tapes. All I received was the (2) Light Tapes. In contacting them about sending me the Projector, they don't really respond quickly. Rather after a few emails and a phone call, someone finally got back to me. I send my email message back quickly to them, only to wait a few days for a response. Still haven't received the projector, but got an email stating they passed my information on to another department. Kind of getting the run-around on a mistake that they made, and yet they don't seem to care to much. I'd look for another company until they figure out how to fulfill an order completely and respond quicker about fixing their mishap. In addition, there is a short in one of the tapes in which I will need to fix. Mentioned this to them, but did they offer to replace it with one that is functioning properly? Not at all!

GBAVOID AVOID AVOID Agree with all… AVOID AVOID AVOID Agree with all others, appears to be a complete scam. money taken, emails bounce back. No tracking, taken my money and have nothing to show for 2 months. So predictable. Offer something for kids which parents bend over backwards to try and please and they rip you off every time. sick of ordering things online. Whatever happened to our high streets... reliable, convenient and dying, very sad

CALove the lights! I really love the lights for my daughters room. I looked at the blue prints and it was suppose to be enough lights to do the whole ceiling and then probably about 9 feet more, but it was a bit short, which was a bit disappointing, but I’ll definitely be ordering more!

GBbeen tryin for over a year now to get… been tryin for over a year now to get some lights replaced had 2 rolls of the lights malfunction when i try to set it to blue one half of the lights in the room turns off been constantly messaging their customer service and no response from them the lasdt message i got from them was on jan 27 2022 almost 2 yrs trying to get a replacement and they must be a bunch of cheap tight ass losers that dont want to stand behind their product

GBQH - First time setup experience As soon as I set it up for the first time, it made my room look like a galaxy with stars which made it look amazing. As I learned more features, My experience has became more amazing. Love this projector!
