GBI had a small problem with getting my… I had a small problem with getting my order number at first, so after contacting they were extremely helpful and gave me more info than I even needed to ensure that my order mattered to them. My order came a day ahead of schedule and was very pleased with my order awesome product recommended for anyone!

GBAvoid any dealings with them Ordered astro alan at the beginning of December 2021 as a Christmas present for my son. Still waiting for it to be delivered , they have taken payment but have failed to provide the goods. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this firm as they just don't seem to care about any kind of customer service.

GBAVOID AT ALL COST!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Complete Scam! The package arrived (UK) after almost 2 months! Furthermore, it doesn’t function, damaged and cannot be used ! Customer support asked to send back to USA for the cost of £27 which is apparently UNREFUNABLE! So, we had a "pleasure" of waiting the damaged goods for 2 months and then pay out of our own pocket to send the same goods back, unbelievable! Still waiting for a refund. will see how long it will take... The company is a scam and should be shut!

GBCustomer Service/Fulfilling Complete Order Needs Improvement The lights and idea are pretty good. I bought a bundle package which would include the Projector and (2) 16ft LED light tapes. All I received was the (2) Light Tapes. In contacting them about sending me the Projector, they don't really respond quickly. Rather after a few emails and a phone call, someone finally got back to me. I send my email message back quickly to them, only to wait a few days for a response. Still haven't received the projector, but got an email stating they passed my information on to another department. Kind of getting the run-around on a mistake that they made, and yet they don't seem to care to much. I'd look for another company until they figure out how to fulfill an order completely and respond quicker about fixing their mishap. In addition, there is a short in one of the tapes in which I will need to fix. Mentioned this to them, but did they offer to replace it with one that is functioning properly? Not at all!
