GBThis site is likely a scam This site is likely a scam. The contact information is incorrect; the phone number is wrong,not sure if the email is active because I never received any response to my multiple emails. After making a purchase, I did not receive any invoice or information, or confirmation of purchase. Yet, my card was billed, and I had to dispute it. Looking at the website, you can see some inconsistencies. The card was charged from Hong Kong; their phone number is a US number for some random lady that had to change her voicemail because she received phone calls from this websites customers, and their address is located in London, all of which don’t have any association with the companies name

CA30 day return/refund policy is a LIE! They offer a 30 day refund policy and their customer service representative “Irene” will not give me the return address info. She has gone back and fourth with me for 6 days, telling me how expensive it is to return ship. Only offering me a refund of $18usd when I paid $200. I don’t care about the shipping costs, that’s my problem. I WANT TO RETURN A PORTION OF MY ORDER AND I WANT MY REFUND! This company avoids the policy that they offer and are stealing from their customers by not offering the return address, and avoiding the point here!!!! Do not buy from this company if you hope to return! They are scammers!

ESAt the beginning I was a bit upset… At the beginning I was a bit upset because I thought I bought a danish design object (lamps) from a UK website. But in the process of delivery I noticed that it is at least coming from China. So I was afraid that I bought expensive scrub. But after a long period of waiting to be delivered (3 months) I finally got my order yesterday and it seems everything ok with it.// I had to contact in the beginning various times the customer support (Irene! ;)) because at the last step of my order I didnt notice that there was a change in the product (the lamps were available in two sizes and allthough I clicked first the bigger ones) I ordered the smaller ones because I didnt realize a field in the order process there I again had to select the size). so I paid and in the order confirmation I saw that I ordered the small ones. What I want to say is, that I had no problems with the customer support - they were available and they answered in time. I only had to pay the difference and an extra in delivery...but well - I have been delivered the right size yesterday and the design is very beautiful / as expected!

GBGreat Space Saving Light I really love the light. It gives perfect light for my needs such as reading and doing my artwork. I didn’t care for the color choices so I bought the grey and painted mine and loved the outcome so much that I have ordered two more.
