Didn't follow through with order. I ordered a Schonbeck chandelier in October /23 . It was supposed to be delivered in a week but I haven't heard from the merchant . I called to inquire a month later, was told the item was back ordered but just came in. The representative assured me it will be shipped out the next week. Another month and I still didn't hear from them. I wrote to the customer help website but has yet to hear from anyone. I am in the process of requesting a refund.

The fan is perfect. I bought a discontinued product and was having trouble matching the color with the existing units elsewhere in my house. They got it perfect.

Great products at great price 100% satisfied with the quality and price of the ceiling fans I bought. Would be 5 stars if delivered on schedule. When I contacted the company that my delivery had not arrived by the due date, I did receive the shipment very promptly. Will use this company again.

Completely forgot about my order until… Completely forgot about my order until I had to ask about the status as I did not see any shipment after 2+ weeks. After I asked about the status, then the order magically shipped the next day. Not very Customer focused or caring. Will probably never order from them again!
