Rubbish Pretty similar experience to others. Lights lasted less than 4 months. Have sent 2 emails without even receiving a reply. Amazon asked for feedback on response from seller !! I suggest you buy from somewhere else.

excellent product had no reason to deal with customer care so can only comment on the products,excellent in price quality,really bright xmas lights cannot fault them.

good customer service My lights quit working after one season, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the responded to my email. They offered a refund since they were sold out. But I asked if they could just replace them for me when they came back in stock. And they remembered and mailed a new set as soon as they were available. Thank you!

Gardens lights Bought a set of garden lights that malfunctioned shortly after installing them which was frustrating. Contacted the supplier and they said no need to painstakingly take the lights down and return them, they would send a replacement set out immediately. The arrived quick, swapped them over and they worked perfectly. Nice and bright too!
