Amazing Customer Service We loved the look and functionality of the lights, but they stopped working after about three months. I contacted customer support and had a replacement within a week. Communication was prompt and they offered a few suggestions on how to possibly fix the problem. When the new lights arrived, I plugged the new control box into the old lights and they functioned properly. I believe the extreme cold weather we had broke the control boxes. Very happy with how Ollny handled the problem

i had an issue with the timer on my… i had an issue with the timer on my holiday lights. they would set off an hour later every day. i messaged customer support and was assisted by cecilia. she understood my frustration and sent me a new timer. when i received the package, i was surprised she sent me a new complete box of lights! i swapped out the old timer with the new one. lights go on without a time delay now. thank you so much for the professional service!

AVOID!! Do not buy from these people! Lights stopped working after 2 weeks. I emailed to ask for a replacement but was only sent an abrupt response saying all lights and plugs are out of stock and thanking me for my time! Their customer service is appalling and I would advise everyone to shop elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!
