GBAmazing Customer Service We loved the look and functionality of the lights, but they stopped working after about three months. I contacted customer support and had a replacement within a week. Communication was prompt and they offered a few suggestions on how to possibly fix the problem. When the new lights arrived, I plugged the new control box into the old lights and they functioned properly. I believe the extreme cold weather we had broke the control boxes. Very happy with how Ollny handled the problem

GB😡😡😡😡😡 These people are useless for customer help. They take 3 days to back to you, whether by email or 'chat', only to ask you to send photos or proof of payment when you've already done so. They obviously don't even read the enquiries. After saying they could fix my lights if bought within 1 year, they then said it was too much trouble for them and they wouldn't offer a refund even though they had no replacement. Just lousy service and obviously a disappointing product as it stopped working within a week. Loose connections all round...

GBgood customer service My lights quit working after one season, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the responded to my email. They offered a refund since they were sold out. But I asked if they could just replace them for me when they came back in stock. And they remembered and mailed a new set as soon as they were available. Thank you!

GBAVOID!! Do not buy from these people! Lights stopped working after 2 weeks. I emailed to ask for a replacement but was only sent an abrupt response saying all lights and plugs are out of stock and thanking me for my time! Their customer service is appalling and I would advise everyone to shop elsewhere. Avoid at all costs!
