Rubbish Pretty similar experience to others. Lights lasted less than 4 months. Have sent 2 emails without even receiving a reply. Amazon asked for feedback on response from seller !! I suggest you buy from somewhere else.

excellent product had no reason to deal with customer care so can only comment on the products,excellent in price quality,really bright xmas lights cannot fault them.

i had an issue with the timer on my… i had an issue with the timer on my holiday lights. they would set off an hour later every day. i messaged customer support and was assisted by cecilia. she understood my frustration and sent me a new timer. when i received the package, i was surprised she sent me a new complete box of lights! i swapped out the old timer with the new one. lights go on without a time delay now. thank you so much for the professional service!

good customer service My lights quit working after one season, and I was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the responded to my email. They offered a refund since they were sold out. But I asked if they could just replace them for me when they came back in stock. And they remembered and mailed a new set as soon as they were available. Thank you!
