NOTo much shipping cost, otherwise great I love everything about Vinted except one thing. The shipping costs too much! Whenever I find something with a good price that I like. When I go to shop now th shipping costs more than the item itself. That’s crazy and they take buyer protection fee too

GBVinted I downloaded this app over a year ago , and it has been the best decision I have made . This app is so easy to use and other members are on the whole very friendly . I’ve made many purchases and listings on this app and I will continue to do so ! The only thing that could be improved is the customer help I’ve had queries about shipping methods and found the Vinted help suggestions very unhelpful but on the whole I love this app

GBGood for sellers, bad for buyers, costed me money 3 times As a seller it's easy to use as it's easy to upload products although there is a large number of products you cannot sell for no good reason (eg yoga mats). For some reason items don't sell as much as on competitor platforms. As a buyer, however, it's a complete joke. You pay a huge buyer protection fee which doesn't protect the buyer as if the item is not as described the buyer has to pay to return it. You are completely dependent on the good will of the seller which can be none existent, and I have already lost money with them 3 times. The costumer support is non existent and they just send you automated messages that do not fix any problems. I would warn anyone against buying anything through vinted as it's very possible to loose money. I am thinking of keeping the account just to sell things and am not sure I will risk buying anything through them again, as I am effectively paying to protect scammers

GBThe concept is brilliant for both… The concept is brilliant for both sellers and buyers. If you are lucky enough to not be “targeted” by AI, all good. The second you have an issue though, customer service is not that great. You mainly “converse” with bots and only after several emails and messages, an actual employee gets dragged into conversation. If your account gets suspended or permanently deleted there is no way back. You could spend the next 30 years sending them emails to prove they were wrong, cuz there is no coming back on the bots’ decision to close the account. That being said, Henry from customer service was very polite, even though he could not reverse the almighty 🤖 decision to close my account. Also, if you do have your account closed, they at least allow you to recover all the money you had in your Vinted account, hence why they get 3stars
