GBBrilliant idea Brilliant idea, excellent app., very slick payment system and a satisfactory way to move on old or pre-loved clothing. But no 5 stars though. Let down badly by logistics. Evri and Yodel actually ok but Inpost very patchy which is a shame as the locker system is sublime. Less said about time wasting buyers who fail to collect the better.

GBI like Vinted but I've had some… I like Vinted but I've had some unpleasant experiences where support wouldn't help. Eg. receiving an item which was not as described (even when asked on private message), support teams says me as a buyer need to pay for postage and then I had to wait a week for the seller to confirm they got their parcel so I can have my refund. Eg 2 buyer did not pick up their parcel which was then sent back to me and I had to wait a total of 4 weeks not knowing where my parcel was and what was going on. Eventually had it delivered broken and there was nothing I could do eg 3 Listings being deleted with no reasoning ???

GB*BUYERS BEWARE* Unfortunately, all the reviews stating that the platform is great for sellers, but does not look after buyers has been my experience (and that of others I know). I had the wrong item sent to me, seller was apologetic and agreed to send the correct item once they’d received my return. Instead, they refunded and (with no explanation) blocked me. All of our communications had been pleasant and there was no reason for this, except I suppose to avoid the risk of my leaving a less than 5* review. My sister had a similar experience, buying a “100% cashmere” jumper that turned out to be a cashmere/wool blend and full of holes. She returned the jumper at her expense and, having had a full refund, was then not permitted to leave feedback. So, Vinted’s 5* sellers are often not 5* at all. And Vinted don’t seem to look after the interests of buyers at all. BEWARE! I won’t be shopping on Vinted anymore, unless they start offering buyers more protection and making dodgy sellers accountable. I am heading back to eBay.

GBSome good some bad Love the idea of how easy it is to sell, however there does seem to be a lot of very obvious fakes. More needs to be done to eliminate these and there would be confidence for buyers. I have noticed at least 12 just this morning

GBGood for sellers, bad for buyers, costed me money 3 times As a seller it's easy to use as it's easy to upload products although there is a large number of products you cannot sell for no good reason (eg yoga mats). For some reason items don't sell as much as on competitor platforms. As a buyer, however, it's a complete joke. You pay a huge buyer protection fee which doesn't protect the buyer as if the item is not as described the buyer has to pay to return it. You are completely dependent on the good will of the seller which can be none existent, and I have already lost money with them 3 times. The costumer support is non existent and they just send you automated messages that do not fix any problems. I would warn anyone against buying anything through vinted as it's very possible to loose money. I am thinking of keeping the account just to sell things and am not sure I will risk buying anything through them again, as I am effectively paying to protect scammers
