Good for sellers, bad for buyers, costed me money 3 times As a seller it's easy to use as it's easy to upload products although there is a large number of products you cannot sell for no good reason (eg yoga mats). For some reason items don't sell as much as on competitor platforms. As a buyer, however, it's a complete joke. You pay a huge buyer protection fee which doesn't protect the buyer as if the item is not as described the buyer has to pay to return it. You are completely dependent on the good will of the seller which can be none existent, and I have already lost money with them 3 times. The costumer support is non existent and they just send you automated messages that do not fix any problems. I would warn anyone against buying anything through vinted as it's very possible to loose money. I am thinking of keeping the account just to sell things and am not sure I will risk buying anything through them again, as I am effectively paying to protect scammers

how to get my money back? there was some problem with the buyer, she told me she had sent my order almost a week ago though the information on the app told me she had yet to send it to me. she told me there was a problem with the tracking system and both of us reported the situation to vinted, who proceeded to suspend the order. they’re saying they’re trying to speak with the delivery company, and to wait for more news meanwhile they haven’t returned my money yet, i don’t know how they’re going to resolve this issue and what is true or not.

Vinted I downloaded this app over a year ago , and it has been the best decision I have made . This app is so easy to use and other members are on the whole very friendly . I’ve made many purchases and listings on this app and I will continue to do so ! The only thing that could be improved is the customer help I’ve had queries about shipping methods and found the Vinted help suggestions very unhelpful but on the whole I love this app

I simply adore it. Before, I didn't know what to do with my new or gently used items that I wasn't using. Since I discovered Vinted, my closet is much more organized and it only contains things I love and wear. I simply adore it.

Getting Worse Getting Worse. Items that have been worn and even described as worn still being sold as new or new without tags. Raised concern with customer support who back the buyer! Takes forever for a refund. Takes forever for a lost item to be refunded, in excess of 30 days. Lack of customer support, always the same response.
