I was very surprised by response time and courteous service I received today, I really wasn’t sure how long I would have to wait for an answer. Talking about high quality products but… Talking about high quality products but in the end these Products are made in China end even get shipped from China. Extra pay for insurance and to track the packet but you can't see much where it is.

I purchased a pair of Osmo heated… I purchased a pair of Osmo heated gloves and apparently they are faulty. Having contacted Osmo via email they immediately responded and promised to send out a replacement pair. As soon as they arrive and if they perform as expected I shall be submitting a new review with five stars as deserved 👌
