Quality ok Quality ok I bought a lamp for daylight. Quality send to be ok, but there was no form for the possibility to return. It came from Norway and therefore one week to receive was very quick. I'm satisfied.

Osmo vs Tractive Quick response but I am still wanting to know if Osmo is affiliated with Tractive — can you please explain. I’d like to use you product but unsure of its suitability. Doug Lockhart

I purchased a pair of Osmo heated… I purchased a pair of Osmo heated gloves and apparently they are faulty. Having contacted Osmo via email they immediately responded and promised to send out a replacement pair. As soon as they arrive and if they perform as expected I shall be submitting a new review with five stars as deserved 👌
