Exceptional Service, but PayPal problem I used the Chat function to ask whether the Osmolaser is for light hair and when the bot could not help me, a customer support came online right away and answered my question. I have never experienced such a fast response especially at almost midnight. Loved it, and also purchased the Osmolaser right away, will check it out soon. I gave only 4 stars because the PayPal transaction froze and did not go through even after browser cash purge in Google Chrome and signing in several times. Might be a PayPal problem though. Payment with credit card went smoothly.

A listening ear … I was listened to concerning the faulty BP monitor and immediate steps where taken to replace the machine. Even when I said I could not complete one part of what was required in order to prove that this machine did not work properly, there was no hassle about it; just a simple "we are replacing it free of charge". Talking about high quality products but… Talking about high quality products but in the end these Products are made in China end even get shipped from China. Extra pay for insurance and to track the packet but you can't see much where it is.
