Exceptional Service, but PayPal problem I used the Chat function to ask whether the Osmolaser is for light hair and when the bot could not help me, a customer support came online right away and answered my question. I have never experienced such a fast response especially at almost midnight. Loved it, and also purchased the Osmolaser right away, will check it out soon. I gave only 4 stars because the PayPal transaction froze and did not go through even after browser cash purge in Google Chrome and signing in several times. Might be a PayPal problem though. Payment with credit card went smoothly.

OSMO doggofinder OSMO doggofinder, OSMO tracker and infact any OSMO doggy thing is a SCAM. The products are falsely advertised. The product received is NOT what they say it is. Then the only contact is via email where they go around and around and around and you then get a return address. You post the product in good faith only to find it returned to sender- address unknown. ( IT IS A FAKE ADDRESS). DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES.

I purchased a pair of Osmo heated… I purchased a pair of Osmo heated gloves and apparently they are faulty. Having contacted Osmo via email they immediately responded and promised to send out a replacement pair. As soon as they arrive and if they perform as expected I shall be submitting a new review with five stars as deserved 👌

the customer service is next level the customer service is next level. 24/7 super friendly and helpful staff. unfortunately my ordered OSMO IPL broke after 3 weeks and the company will now send me a new one.
