Nothing received so far More than a week ago I placed an order so it would arrive in time for Christmas. The money was deducted from my PayPal account. I received the invoice & thank you mail for my order. The only thing missing now is my actual order!?!

I was very surprised by response time and courteous service I received today, I really wasn’t sure how long I would have to wait for an answer. A listening ear … I was listened to concerning the faulty BP monitor and immediate steps where taken to replace the machine. Even when I said I could not complete one part of what was required in order to prove that this machine did not work properly, there was no hassle about it; just a simple "we are replacing it free of charge". I appreciate this.
