CAA listening ear … I was listened to concerning the faulty BP monitor and immediate steps where taken to replace the machine. Even when I said I could not complete one part of what was required in order to prove that this machine did not work properly, there was no hassle about it; just a simple "we are replacing it free of charge". DEQuality ok Quality ok I bought a lamp for daylight. Quality send to be ok, but there was no form for the possibility to return. It came from Norway and therefore one week to receive was very quick. I'm satisfied.
