I purchased a pair of Osmo heated… I purchased a pair of Osmo heated gloves and apparently they are faulty. Having contacted Osmo via email they immediately responded and promised to send out a replacement pair. As soon as they arrive and if they perform as expected I shall be submitting a new review with five stars as deserved 👌

Exceptional Service, but PayPal problem I used the Chat function to ask whether the Osmolaser is for light hair and when the bot could not help me, a customer support came online right away and answered my question. I have never experienced such a fast response especially at almost midnight. Loved it, and also purchased the Osmolaser right away, will check it out soon. I gave only 4 stars because the PayPal transaction froze and did not go through even after browser cash purge in Google Chrome and signing in several times. Might be a PayPal problem though. Payment with credit card went smoothly.

Outstanding purchasing process. From finding the product online, talking with Eugene in support services and placing my order, it was possibly the best online purchasing experience I have had. heated gloves wrong size I ordered heated gloves. All worked well but I ordered the size "S" and got bigger ones. It is not possible for me to identify, which size the gloves are because it is not indicated on the gloves but only on the packaging and obviously this marking is wrong because the dimensions do not correspond to those given in the tables provided by Osmo
