Nothing received so far More than a week ago I placed an order so it would arrive in time for Christmas. The money was deducted from my PayPal account. I received the invoice & thank you mail for my order. The only thing missing now is my actual order!?!

heated gloves wrong size I ordered heated gloves. All worked well but I ordered the size "S" and got bigger ones. It is not possible for me to identify, which size the gloves are because it is not indicated on the gloves but only on the packaging and obviously this marking is wrong because the dimensions do not correspond to those given in the tables provided by Osmo

the customer service is next level the customer service is next level. 24/7 super friendly and helpful staff. unfortunately my ordered OSMO IPL broke after 3 weeks and the company will now send me a new one.

Osmo 4g portable MiFI Customer Svc Customer Service response time was prompt. Didn’t have to wait long for Sherry to assist me after sending Chat Message with my problem and gave my email address. I was very surprised by response time and courteous service I received today, I really wasn’t sure how long I would have to wait for an answer. OSMO doggofinder OSMO doggofinder, OSMO tracker and infact any OSMO doggy thing is a SCAM. The products are falsely advertised. The product received is NOT what they say it is. Then the only contact is via email where they go around and around and around and you then get a return address. You post the product in good faith only to find it returned to sender- address unknown. ( IT IS A FAKE ADDRESS). DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES.
