I was very surprised by response time and courteous service I received today, I really wasn’t sure how long I would have to wait for an answer. heated gloves wrong size I ordered heated gloves. All worked well but I ordered the size "S" and got bigger ones. It is not possible for me to identify, which size the gloves are because it is not indicated on the gloves but only on the packaging and obviously this marking is wrong because the dimensions do not correspond to those given in the tables provided by Osmo
