The device comes in a nice case The device comes in a nice case, which always keeps the device in good hands. The case has a magnetic lid. The instruction manual is in English. It contains a comprehensive description of what should not be done. The actual handling describes a probably older device and is not detailed enough. Upon my complaint, the service immediately sent me the German version of these instructions. Afterwards I asked for more detailed explanations of how to use the device, which was done immediately and very friendly. Now I am very satisfied and curious to see when the first results will show.

Outstanding purchasing process. From finding the product online, talking with Eugene in support services and placing my order, it was possibly the best online purchasing experience I have had. A listening ear … I was listened to concerning the faulty BP monitor and immediate steps where taken to replace the machine. Even when I said I could not complete one part of what was required in order to prove that this machine did not work properly, there was no hassle about it; just a simple "we are replacing it free of charge". I appreciate this.

Nothing received so far More than a week ago I placed an order so it would arrive in time for Christmas. The money was deducted from my PayPal account. I received the invoice & thank you mail for my order. The only thing missing now is my actual order!?!
