Then the only contact is via email where they go around and around and around and you then get a return address. You post the product in good faith only to find it returned to sender- address unknown. ( IT IS A FAKE ADDRESS). DO NOT USE THIS PEOPLE THEY ARE THIEVES.

A listening ear … I was listened to concerning the faulty BP monitor and immediate steps where taken to replace the machine. Even when I said I could not complete one part of what was required in order to prove that this machine did not work properly, there was no hassle about it; just a simple "we are replacing it free of charge".
