The device comes in a nice case The device comes in a nice case, which always keeps the device in good hands. The case has a magnetic lid. The instruction manual is in English. It contains a comprehensive description of what should not be done. The actual handling describes a probably older device and is not detailed enough. Upon my complaint, the service immediately sent me the German version of these instructions. Afterwards I asked for more detailed explanations of how to use the device, which was done immediately and very friendly. Now I am very satisfied and curious to see when the first results will show.

I was very surprised by response time and courteous service I received today, I really wasn’t sure how long I would have to wait for an answer. Nothing received so far More than a week ago I placed an order so it would arrive in time for Christmas. The money was deducted from my PayPal account. I received the invoice & thank you mail for my order. The only thing missing now is my actual order!?!

heated gloves wrong size I ordered heated gloves. All worked well but I ordered the size "S" and got bigger ones. It is not possible for me to identify, which size the gloves are because it is not indicated on the gloves but only on the packaging and obviously this marking is wrong because the dimensions do not correspond to those given in the tables provided by Osmo
