A listening ear … I was listened to concerning the faulty BP monitor and immediate steps where taken to replace the machine. Even when I said I could not complete one part of what was required in order to prove that this machine did not work properly, there was no hassle about it; just a simple "we are replacing it free of charge". I purchased a pair of Osmo heated… I purchased a pair of Osmo heated gloves and apparently they are faulty. Having contacted Osmo via email they immediately responded and promised to send out a replacement pair. As soon as they arrive and if they perform as expected I shall be submitting a new review with five stars as deserved 👌
