DEExceptional Service, but PayPal problem I used the Chat function to ask whether the Osmolaser is for light hair and when the bot could not help me, a customer support came online right away and answered my question. I have never experienced such a fast response especially at almost midnight. Loved it, and also purchased the Osmolaser right away, will check it out soon. I gave only 4 stars because the PayPal transaction froze and did not go through even after browser cash purge in Google Chrome and signing in several times. Might be a PayPal problem though. Payment with credit card went smoothly.

CAA listening ear … I was listened to concerning the faulty BP monitor and immediate steps where taken to replace the machine. Even when I said I could not complete one part of what was required in order to prove that this machine did not work properly, there was no hassle about it; just a simple "we are replacing it free of charge". I appreciate this.

CHthe customer service is next level the customer service is next level. 24/7 super friendly and helpful staff. unfortunately my ordered OSMO IPL broke after 3 weeks and the company will now send me a new one.

DEAre You sure it's a good behaviour to… Are You sure it's a good behaviour to treat clients like this? I didn't have tracking number, etc. I know I paid, nothing more.
