I was very surprised by response time and courteous service I received today, I really wasn’t sure how long I would have to wait for an answer. I purchased a pair of Osmo heated… I purchased a pair of Osmo heated gloves and apparently they are faulty. Having contacted Osmo via email they immediately responded and promised to send out a replacement pair. As soon as they arrive and if they perform as expected I shall be submitting a new review with five stars as deserved 👌
