Quality ok Quality ok I bought a lamp for daylight. Quality send to be ok, but there was no form for the possibility to return. It came from Norway and therefore one week to receive was very quick. I'm satisfied.

Osmo 4g portable MiFI Customer Svc Customer Service response time was prompt. Didn’t have to wait long for Sherry to assist me after sending Chat Message with my problem and gave my email address. I was very surprised by response time and courteous service I received today, I really wasn’t sure how long I would have to wait for an answer. Osmo proved that there is still professional, courteous and helpful customer service left in most companies! Thank you Sherry, thank you Osmo. All the best to everyone.

A listening ear … I was listened to concerning the faulty BP monitor and immediate steps where taken to replace the machine. Even when I said I could not complete one part of what was required in order to prove that this machine did not work properly, there was no hassle about it; just a simple "we are replacing it free of charge". I appreciate this.

Nothing received so far More than a week ago I placed an order so it would arrive in time for Christmas. The money was deducted from my PayPal account. I received the invoice & thank you mail for my order. The only thing missing now is my actual order!?!
