It contains a comprehensive description of what should not be done. The actual handling describes a probably older device and is not detailed enough. Upon my complaint, the service immediately sent me the German version of these instructions. Afterwards I asked for more detailed explanations of how to use the device, which was done immediately and very friendly. Now I am very satisfied and curious to see when the first results will show.

Exceptional Service, but PayPal problem I used the Chat function to ask whether the Osmolaser is for light hair and when the bot could not help me, a customer support came online right away and answered my question. I have never experienced such a fast response especially at almost midnight. Loved it, and also purchased the Osmolaser right away, will check it out soon. I gave only 4 stars because the PayPal transaction froze and did not go through even after browser cash purge in Google Chrome and signing in several times. Might be a PayPal problem though. Payment with credit card went smoothly.

A listening ear … I was listened to concerning the faulty BP monitor and immediate steps where taken to replace the machine. Even when I said I could not complete one part of what was required in order to prove that this machine did not work properly, there was no hassle about it; just a simple "we are replacing it free of charge". I appreciate this.

Nothing received so far More than a week ago I placed an order so it would arrive in time for Christmas. The money was deducted from my PayPal account. I received the invoice & thank you mail for my order. The only thing missing now is my actual order!?!
