HRDON'T BUY ANYTGING, BIG FRAUD COMPANY This company is a fraud. They just take your money and don't send you anything. I ordered an IPL device for 149€, on the 15th of March and since then it has been only forwarding AI messages from the support team with silly explanations such as it takes time, the order got lost etc... So, they send a new device and a link for the tracking number. When the link gets opened it still shows the date of 2nd April. It's almost May. I know I wont see nor the product nor the money, but I hope that someone will stop this stealing. Apparently the owner of the brand is SETH MEDIA AS placed ib Norway with only one member in charge. I hope people will read the reviews because they need ti know the truth. The support team is also horrible, it's just automaticly generated answears and with no telephone number. I have reported all the fraud activities to authorities in EU and hope something will change.

DEThe device comes in a nice case The device comes in a nice case, which always keeps the device in good hands. The case has a magnetic lid. The instruction manual is in English. It contains a comprehensive description of what should not be done. The actual handling describes a probably older device and is not detailed enough. Upon my complaint, the service immediately sent me the German version of these instructions. Afterwards I asked for more detailed explanations of how to use the device, which was done immediately and very friendly. Now I am very satisfied and curious to see when the first results will show.

DEAre You sure it's a good behaviour to… Are You sure it's a good behaviour to treat clients like this? I didn't have tracking number, etc. I know I paid, nothing more.
