I received my vessels well packaged and… I received my vessels well packaged and in less than a week. They are so beautiful in person. I had a small minor issue to where the wrong color vessels were sent, I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and fixed the issue right away. Pink shade not as it appeared in person There was nothing wrong with the vessel, it was identical to the Aura. However, the pink didn’t appear to be as pretty in person. If you could stock this vessel in matte frost I would absolutely purchase from your company!
